Trademark Hotel

We were on holiday and Miss Cameline at Guest Remations really took good care of us. The hotel is beautiful near a nice village market mall. I will definitely be back soon

I had a great stay at Trademark Hotel in Nairobi. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with a calm and professional atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, always willing to help and make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and quiet, with excellent housekeeping and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the location—it’s convenient, secure, and close to good restaurants and amenities. Overall, Trademark Hotel offers a high level of service and comfort, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again.

My stay at the Trademark was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and the staff was friendly! The rooms were clean and the decor was pretty... I would definitely stay again!

I needed some me-time/rest while being sure of top restaurants and shopping without having to take a taxi or uber….and I really found what I was looking for: try the beef brisket at Harvest at the 2nd floor, a really good restaurant part of the hotel. In the evening I went to the rooftop where they have an amazing cocktail bar, all just accessible with one & the same elevator.

I was with Tech change and I absolutely loved the hotel atmosphere and service.I was at the trademark in Village market.The staff are genuinely happy to work and this contributes to the warm feeling.I was served by Cynthia Ndegwa and peninah for Lunch and it was such a holistic experience.

Very comfortable rooms, quiet , well equipe! Wonderful roof terrace and pool to swim!
The real add on is the Service and the staff, both excellent! I was sick, they discovered and they took great care of me spontaneously , guest relations excellent team! I even forgot something relevant to me and kindly they shipped very quickly to allow me to collect!

The food was amazing so were the staff, Esther and Jessica really served us well with exceptional service.

Cynthia ndegwa's service was exceptional. At the thigiri garden event, Cynthia made us feel very much at home and catered to us unreservedly.
