SUNWAY CLUB HOTEL

I'm easy pleased; my whole family is; but the breakfast was truly abysmal. I mean, actually inedible. The upside is: the hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Staff are helpful & friendly and the room was cleaned every day; so it's not all bad. I'd stay again but only on a self-catering basis. Be warned too. The pool is absolutely freezing! (Though some folk like that, I know)

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a week and absolutely loved it. The hotel, built just five years ago, is modern, stylish, and very well maintained.
Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of mirrors and conveniently placed plug sockets. The large wardrobe had more than enough hangers and storage space for everything. Housekeeping was fantastic — the room was cleaned daily, our beds were changed several times throughout the week, and fresh towels were provided every day.
The bathroom was also large and modern, featuring a roomy shower cubicle with two shower heads and a tap, all with great water pressure and constant hot water. The balcony was very spacious too, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
Although we had a safe, we didn’t use it — we left our valuables (cash, jewellery, iPads, AirPods, etc.) in the room and everything was always exactly as we left it. We felt completely comfortable and secure throughout our stay.
We didn’t try the breakfast as it was traditional Turkish style, but we did enjoy the poolside food, which was tasty and well prepared. The location is excellent — right next to Blue Port and the beachfront, close to the main road, shops, and Migros.
What really made our stay special were the people. Every member of staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and eager to help. We met the owners during our stay — lovely people who took time to chat with us. Omar, the manager, was fantastic — always approachable and willing to assist. The bar staff, Veli and Yusef, were brilliant — so friendly and attentive. Mohamed, who worked at the front desk in the evenings, was also extremely helpful and pleasant.
We truly couldn’t fault a single thing about this hotel. Everything from the facilities to the staff made our stay perfect. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed at Sunway hotel for 12 nights, excellent hotel and very good location in Marmaris. Upon arrival we were greeted by a polite man on reception, who gave us all the information we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, lots of storage also. The maids are lovely and always greeted us with a smile☺️ the pool staff are also very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, the pool area itself is on the smaller side, but we prefer this as we also like to visit the beach. I highly recommend Sunway Hotel and we definitely be back next year! Xx

Ignore the negative reviews on here. Great hotel and great staff, nothing to much trouble. Rooms comfortable , good shower, comfortable beds. Air-conditioning and safe cost extra. Perfect location to beach, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast is okay but not a massive range. Dinner is ordered from a menu so a bit more personal, nice to dine by the pool in the warm evening. September not to busy so plenty of sun beds 😎 and not to busy round the pool. Enjoy

Super Hotel

Great little hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly, yes even the manager! Rooms basic but clean. Good food and drink, fair prices. 2 mins walk from everything. Located in the popular and busy blue port area of marmaris.

The owner is a horrible and miserable man who will take no liability when his own staff have been at fault, the hotel itself is rundown bathrooms have mould everywhere, dirty towels and beds sheets, awful lighting and the list can go on!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and helpful only downside was the breakfast wasn't that great. Other than that nice place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay with kids and close to everything, shops, market and also little shops for drinks.
Room was tidy at all times and clean Absolutely amazing staff thanks for a great stay. Pool is amazing too.

Great property and location. It is very central to a lot of restaurants and bars so the neighborhood does get loud but the rooms had sound proof doors so it was actually not a problem at all. We only spent one night as we wanted to visit Icmeler beach and this was a wonderful option.

Staff are amazing and nothing is 2 much trouble. Definitely be back. Cleaners are also amazing. Local to everywhere. Best trip ever

Çok başarılı bir otel.Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü.Yorumlara bakarak tereddütle rezerve ettik.Çünkü kahvaltısı yetersiz vs.gibi olumsuz yorumlar okumuştuk.Fakat hiç böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadık.Olumsuz yönlerinden birisi havuzun belki biraz fazla klorlanmış olduğu.Belki de yapılması gerekiyordur o sebeple net birşey söyleyemiyorum.Diğer olumsuz yönü ve en önemlisi OTOPARK olmaması.Tavsiye ederim.Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel

Nice big room with great sea view. The hotel was fine, breakfast was good enough. The cleanliness of the room was not great, with hair on the floor and some grubbiness in the bedroom and bathroom.

Honest review of Sunway Hotel, location is fantastic we had a seaview room which was nice the room was big enough with a double and single bed for the three of us and was clean with fresh towels.

We were B&B some people seem to have an issue with the breakfast ok it's not 5 star but there is something to eat for all tastes you get what you pay for.

Prices at the hotel for drinks varied bottle of Corona was around £5 cocktails around £6 we had lunch once at the hotel and it worked out around £28 with drinks and was ok, Harry Rams about a 2 minute walk down the street to the right as you exit the hotel is nice for food and Blueport shopping mall is reasonable for food.

All in all a decent little hotel staff weren't overly talkative not an issue for me personally, but they were helpful when needed, don't be put off by negative reviews I would happily return to this hotel.

We have just had a fantastic holiday in this hotel can’t fault anything. Rooms very clean fresh towels everyday the staff can’t do enough for you and the manager Omer was very helpful finding a room at the hotel for my daughter and her two children to be able to spend a week with us for that we were very grateful really lovely man as was all the staff. We will be going back there sept/October for sure which will be our third time. Well done everybody. Xx

By far this was our worst experience ever.
Save your money and don’t get catfished by their photos.
Upon our arrival to the property, we’ve been received by a very unprofessional, rude receptionist.
We have booked a suite with two rooms that sleeps 5 people.
He insisted that we need to pay for two more people as it shows on his end that we booked for 3 people only. Giving that the room price doesn’t change by # of people.
We asked him to see the room to see that if it wasn’t enough so we can book another one, we went up with him & saw that literally it’s two rooms with one queen bed & the other with 3 beds however for some reason the toilet in the bathroom was disassembled! He commented they will put it together.
Completed the check in, paid for extra 2 people, & he gave us only 1 key card for all of us! A card that it had been used for years with a sticker on it with the room number, & went to the suite.
We’ve waited for 40 min for someone to come and fix the toilet, yet no one showed up. Called in & the receptionist said ITS FUNCTIONAL and you can use it. After that he didn’t pickup our calls. Not enough space to write about the horrible experience but the suite was extremely dirty, safe box that is in the main the room isn’t free, fridge smells awful, disgusting breakfast, & they have no access to the beach. The suite was partially sea view as there is a two lane street in front & a whole block of buildings then the sea walk then the beach. You need to pay to go swim.

Great location for beach, walks to Marina. Eclemer if wanting a good walk with some beautiful spots on route. Shopping, restaurants, bars on doorstep. Loved this hotel as we had the perfect lookout of the villages & hills. Tops for us. Staff amazing.
