Sauberes Zimmer und haustierfreundlich.
I like that it was really quiet and clean. It is a bit from the central part of the city but it is pleasant. It's is also not that far from a metro station, all one need to do is to take the bus and arrive to the station in 10 minutes.

zarówno na pobyt krótki jak i długi. Bardzo dobre położenie, bezpośrednio przy ładnym dużym lesie z jeziorem. Do centrum miasta 20 min autem. 5 minut piechotą od hotelu fajną grecka restauracja.
Very, very nice place to stay, lovely Garden room and a superb Breakfast. Could not have wished for more.
Easy self-checkin and even selfcheckout if you wanted. Didnt have much to do with the personal there, because we didn't needed to. Nice room. The shower was not easy to use for walking impaired people

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings empfand ich die Zimmer als sehr unangenehm mit dem alten Teppich, der Kunstleder Couch und das traurige Licht. Meiner Meinung nach zu teuer für solche Zimmer.

This place is very quiet and home like. The staff were all very welcoming, pleasant, and always helpful. The entire building is very clean and well kept.
Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, das Hotel liegt gut für Ausflüge in die Stadt, eine Bushaltestelle ist gegenüber, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.....
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel sehr funktional und sauber.

The staff are so friendly and kind. However, I think the price is too expensive for the room, there’s nothing special as we booked the room with garden view. In the photo, it looks so nice but it’s just a room with window that you can look down for a very small garden.
Anyway, there’s a problem with toilet in our room, it couldn’t be flushed at all. When we talked to the staff, she and her manager kept saying that it’s fixed already. Until she came up and saw it herself, then she called her manager again for what she can do. At the end, I have 2 choices, either need to walk to the room next to us for the toilet there or need to go to another hotel. We didn’t want to move anymore so we decided to stay.
But they acted like that’s all when they should’ve shown more responsibility for this!! it’s not like it’s already solved and it’s done. Of course we’re not happy about this at all. So my boyfriend asked if we can have any discount or any compensation for this that’s how we got a free breakfast when they should’ve offered something first!!!
Great comfortable room & homely looking.
Only defect was the bamboo wicker chair which needed replacing.
Visited Münich for a couple of days and stayed at the Villa. The accommodations where excellent. Room and breakfast was great. Bed was hard but the hotel gave us extra blankets to make it softer for us!! Great service. Travelling into Münich was easy by bus and U-Bahn.
