Pros:

La struttura si trova in una ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro storico di Verona. L'appartamento è accogliente, munito di doppio servizio. Angusto lo spazio cucina. Noi eravamo in sette e abbiamo soggiornato abbastanza comodamente.

Cons:

Nulla a parte il fatto che sarebbe stato gradito far trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in camera.

Pros:

La habitación de dormitorio muy cómoda y amplia . La bañera limpia y grande con una buena cocina y bien equipada . Todo amplio y confortable cerca del centro de la ciudad

Cons:

El ruido de arriba aveces es incofortable y hemos tenido 2 días tardes bastante incómodas en descenso.

Worth only because of location
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly.
The location was great.
It’s not the worst but at least owner need to show real pictures and also to do small tweaks to the room.

Cons:

Basically pictures of that exact room were non existent on booking. We got room on the ground floor so no balcony and light room as in the pictures.
Host declared soundproof room, but we heard all the cars and pedestrians passing together with their conversations.
There were a bathtub but no shower curtain however there been hangers for that. Easy to fix but not comfy.
Also because of the tiles it’s cold for feet so better have slippers or warm socks.

Apartamento céntrico sin comodidades

Estaba cerca del centro

Cons:

Éramos 7 personas (4 adultos y 3 niños de 3,3 y 5 años) pero únicamente había 6 camas, no había cuna ni nada más, no teníamos espacio para dormir. El sofá del apartamento era una cama por lo que no pudimos usarlo como tal. Pagamos por 7 personas pero no nos avisaron que únicamente había 6 camas. Mi hijo tiene 3 años y cumplirá 4 en unos meses, no podíamos dormir bien en una cama de 80cm.
Les pedimos desde antes de llegar a Verona un taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto porque el vuelo era a las 06.15am y después de anotarlo todo, tuvimos que ir otro día y esperar allí a que llamaran ya que nos daban una respuesta, nosotros no pudimos localizarlo porque eran las olimpiadas.
La calefacción no funcionaba, hacía frío, ni siquiera había más ropa después cama.
Lavabos y bañera estaban atascados.
Todo esto es objetivo.
Subjetivamente, la almohada era un folio, los muelles se clavaban, la mampara de la bañera era arcaica y sucia.
La alfombra estaba muy muy sucia

La ubicación. Fácil acceso a pie al centro.

Cons:

El apartamento no tenía NADA que ver con las fotos publicadas en el anuncio, y lo peor de todo, la cama.
Habíamos reservado una cama doble y lo que había eran dos camas individuales juntas, tapadas por una sabana doble para que pareciera que era solo una. Los colchones eran también más grandes que los somieres por lo que se abrían, se separaban por el centro y si te acercabas al borde de la cama, el colchón no tenía soporte.
La sábana tenía una mancha de sangre.

Pros:

La ubicación de está buena para estar relativamente cerca del centro, pero no en pleno bullicio de gente.
Al hacer el check in en el hotel, te ofrecen llevarte en una van.

Cons:

La cocina no esta bien equipada, utensilios de cocina casi inexistentes.
Si queres tomar vino o cerveza olvidate que tenga un destapador.
No no habían dejado esponja, repasador ni trapo para la cocina.
