The hotel was absolutely perfect for our 3 nights, clean, warm and comfortable!

Both rooms we had where very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great! All the hotel staff in the reception and bar, and those who I met turning over the rooms where all lovely! I would absolutely stay again! We had a room change on the 3rd night and it was no problem at all, everything was made easy and smooth for our room change!

Cons:

The laundry worker, who parked his lorry outside the hotel on Friday morning was incredibly rude to me and another lady. We had both parked our cars outside the hotel, and he was refusing to move the laundry lorry. He was rude and aggressive towards us both. I asked him politely if he could move forward slightly to let the lady move her car, so then i could also reverse out. He couldn't have been more rude about the situation. He eventually reluctantly moved the lorry. Not a good reaction to what could have been solved so easily. I understand he most likely is not a hotel employee, but I felt it was important for the hotel to know.

Convenient and comfortable but with the potential to be so much more
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location on the front by the market square. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast room is in need of redecoration and we didn't need the tv blaring at 8.30 in the morning. There was no fruit or cereal option at breakfast albeit the cooked breakfast aand scrambled eggs and salmon were both good.
The windows in our room (overlooking the sea) could have done with a clean.

Das Zimmer war okay obwohl klein, es war sauber. Frühstück konnten wir nicht bewerten da wir sehr früh zum Flughafen mussten. Tee und Kaffee vorhanden

Cons:

Das WC ist geronnen - wir haben es selbst repariert. Der Ausblick in den Innenhof fanden wir nicht so toll, das Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen da der Lärm von den Klimaanlagen und der Gestank von der Küche hereinkamen. Und im Badezimmer (sehr klein) war die Kästchentür halb abgeblättert

Der var håndværkerarbejde til kl. 22.00 om aftenen. værelser var meget lydt, man kunne høre dem snakke på værelset ved siden af. Derudover var værelset meget lille, der var ikke mulighed for plads til kufferter og tøj.

Unpleasant experience with outdated rooms and very unhygienic standards for food.

The location is perfect. One bar lady was friendly.

Cons:

The room is outdated with cracked floor tiles. No information in the room. The breakfast was poor. Eggs solid hard. Offered no condiments. After asking we were then supplied us with re-used jars with old washed out labels that were refilled. The jam was also like that. They half filled miniature jars that other people had already used that morning. Its disgusting and unhygienic. For the price of 140 for one night with that standard is shocking. We definitely won't return. No help to room or welcome either.
