It was okay.
Cons:

The pillows could have firmer. The staff was not very informative and was not very polite. We had to pay a security deposit. And we asked for a handicap room, it was not available.

Pros:

Clean and beautiful rooms but the experience was ruined because there was no working TV...and staff said nothing they can do.. no offer to move room just sorry. Requested a manager never heard from them.. being stuck in a hotel with nothing to watch sucks.

Clean rooms, clean pool. Friendly staff. The breakfast was decent with multiple options. Great location.

Some carpet areas may need to be repaired, cleaned, or updated. The mattress was not the most comfortable.

I wished I was able to spend more days. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I will come again!

The room layout, very very lovely. And the neatness. Staff were very courteous. Next door to the mall.

Cons:

The breakfast.
The breakfast didn’t have much variety. I would have loved to have scrambled eggs with toast for breakfast or potatoes with scrambled eggs etc.

Room was so hot couldn't sleep. The bathroom door was so heavy and didnt want to slide on carpet. The shower leaked all over bathroom floor
