Pros:

Room was great, clean room, comfortable bed, spacious balcony, parking is very expensive and chairs and umbrellas are about 2 blocks away.

Overall it was amazing other than things that are part of the building not the unit. The unit was great.

Pros:

So there is no confusion. This is a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch in the living room. You should not have more than 3 people max staying here. The pictures and description are misleading. We were on the 27th floor and it took at least 10 minutes to get the elevator each time. It was over the holiday break and everything was very, very crowded. Not fun and would not recommend.

This is a unit managed by Amos. Stay away and save your money. I have stayed in other units, managed by Hyde, and had no issues. This one however, is awful
While the bedroom and living room are spacious, the experience was terrible. Carpets are filthy, with black stains throughout. The floors in the kitchen area were so sticky that feet stuck to the floor. Something was spilled on the balcony floor, also making it sticky and dirty. Shower barely dripped water. Door frame to the bedroom broken. Walls are in desperate need of paint. No one picks up phone when calling reception. They did send someone to wash the floors and fix the shower, though these issues are inexcusable for a 4 star property. This unit has to be completely overhauled before renting to people. Stay away and save your money. The hotel itself is nice with good amenities, though on the weekends, the wait for the elevator is at least 10 minutes - a major inconvenience.

Pros:

My experience was terrible. The Hyde itself lacks the infrastructure to be a hotel. Elevators take 15 minutes at least and there is always a line, valet 30 minutes. The staff is rude because guests spend the day complaining and there is nothing that the staff can do about it. They overcharged me for a bottle of water and when I complained they were aggressive. Checkout was even worse.

As far as Ammos goes, the experience was terrible as well. The company became non-responsive after the first day. On arrival we found our towels stained with blood. He had them changed only to find that the new ones they brought were worse. The bathroom door knob fell off. Someone later came to fix it partially. The safety box was locked shut on arrival and nothing was done about it. When I complained to the management company, this was their response: "Thank you very much for your comments, everything help us do better for next time! Regarding elevators and parking, depending seasson, sometimes its a little bit bussy.. but its not always the same. We are sorry for that! We cant do much about it and building staff. As you can see, we tried to attend every request you had by doing our best, Im very sory this wasnt enough. We will take all your details into account and fix them.
We can offer you a 10% disscount as an appologize for next time.
Hope you had a good time in Miami."
The reality is the did not do their best to fix anything. Actually, they stopped answering my messages.
