It was a perfectly comfortable stay, had a lovely clean room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pictures pre booking were somewhat deceiving though, the reception area looked nothing like the photos and the immediate vicinity of the hotel was run down

I would not recommend this hotel. The location is very inconvenient — it’s on a steep uphill road that makes access difficult, even for taxis. The staff weren’t exactly rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly or helpful either.

The hotel lacks many basic amenities you would expect: no tissues, no complimentary water bottles upon arrival, no iron, no extra toilet paper, no clean replacement sheets, and not even a telephone to contact reception. For the price, this felt very disappointing.

The overall atmosphere is confusing. It calls itself a hotel, but in many ways it doesn’t feel like one. The reception and entrance area feel more like a small apartment building, a family-run motel, or even a hostel, rather than a proper hotel.

If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and proper hotel services, this place is not it.

The hotel is very quiet and close to the old town without being in the centre of all the noise. The breakfast had a range of bread, meats, and cheeses which was a nice start to the day. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant.

Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was exceptional. The hotel staff showed great kindness and were highly accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued as part of their family.
The location is excellent, just steps away from the Old Town. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and completely quiet from external noise, featuring a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and kettle.
Breakfast was outstanding-fresh, delicious, and offered a commendable variety.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and sincerely appreciate the effort made to make my visit to Tbilisi so special! Thank you so much!

The hotel is very clean with new and comfortable furniture. It has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere, making it perfect for a quiet stay. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and fair for the price. The location is excellent — close to shopping areas and city attractions, which made getting around Tbilisi easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, peaceful stay at a reasonable price.
