Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello. Le stanze sono non troppo grandi ma pulitissime e confortevoli. Il bagno è ok: la doccia è grande ed è tutto nuovo. La colazione è molto buona ma non eccezionale.

Kjempe hyggelig personalet, beliggenhet var kjempe bra.

Cons:

Rommet var litt for lite for prisen vi måtte ut med for 2 netter, sengen ble litt for liten også.

Tak for den søde overraskelse på værelset, for den venlige og professionelle service i receptionen og baren, og for den lækre og flotte morgenmad.
I har været med til at gøre vores weekend og fejring af vores 20-års bryllupsdag helt særlig.
Vi er ikke i tvivl om, at vi kommer tilbage.

Unprofessional and zero responsability
Pros:

We arrived late to the hotel and discovered that all the dedicated hotel parking spots were occupied. We told the receptionist about our specifik parking situation, to get clarity and a possible action plan if needed to course correct, but he told us all was fine, and didn't provide any further instructions. So we went to bed assuming that all was great and before we had breakfast i went down and checked the situation and we had received a parking ticket. I wont bore you with details from our conversation but the gist of it is that the hotel takes zero responsability for the ticket cost, the poor service and the mis-guidence :-/ but they do provide an avoidant, its not me, its you attitude garnished with some polite small talk so if you need that quality from a hotel...this is your place 🤬
