Chambre propre et spacieuse, literie très confortable, petit déjeuner simple mais très bon

The room was 23C and had no AC, for 2 Canadians that is way too hot ! We opened the window but the traffic noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep plus bugs got inside the room . There were only 2 pillows and we wanted another one but that was not possible , the tv remote batteries didn’t work and it took 2 days to get some replacements , the only contact with someone from the property is through what’s app, they reply fairly fast but can’t do anything to help until the next day ( if the message gets passed along , which it didn’t ) I would look for somewhere else to stay next time I’m in Munich .

Apesar disso, o hotel é confortável, quarto grande e bem localizado.

Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt und nicht mal frisch Handtücher gewechselt, kein, tea Zubehör nach gefühlt. Alles muss man selbst von Lager holen und dort ist alles leer. Alles digital und ohne persönliche Service ist kein Spaß.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing and stressful from the start. I never received an online check-in email, so the check-in process took over two hours and required me to walk around several buildings while trying to reach support—calls went unanswered for long periods. The initial room was dirty and smelled bad, and I had to request a room change. After the first night, I developed a severe skin reaction that required medical attention, likely due to the bedding—all support was slow and most solutions required extra effort on my part. The combination of poor communication, bad room conditions, and health issues made this stay very unpleasant for both myself and my family. I cannot recommend this hotel or the booking experience.

Es war OK, aber kein Klimanlage und es war 31 Grad draussen und seeeeehr heiss. Ausser davon war es ganz gut. Sehr gute Anbindung und Preise ist definitiv gut. Es gab kein Handtucher im Handtuchlager obwohl es versprochen war.

The room was pretty standard and clean. There was no AC so it was really warm at some point of the day, window wouldn't open and both on corridors and in the room there was a bad smell.
We added breakfast as well but then they said they don't have it so we got a refund. The communication with the structure needs to be improved. I wouldn't come back here.

Local tranquilo, bem localizado, próximo ao metrô. Ambiente limpo e bem espaçoso. Gostamos mto de nossa estadia.

The property is modern, clean, well equiped and spacious. The only downside was the road noise if the windows were open

I'm not really a reviewer, as I'm way too lazy to write something constructive, but it was pretty nice, for backpackers as well it might be a good choice. Would recommend.

Struttura ben tenuta, aree comuni molto ampie e pulite. Camera insonorizzata, ampia, pulita, con cucina accessoriata il giusto. Un paio di piccole pecche però a mio avviso ci sono: la mancanza di un paio di asciugamani piccoli, il corredo era di due asciugamani bagno e due viso; manca la cappa e c'è tanto di indicazione di aprire la finestra se si cucina che se non si fa e scatta l'allarme antincendio NUMA appioppa all'ospite una sanzione di €. 2.500,00, quindi prima di cucinare all' interno del monolocale ci pensi due volte, non solo per il rischio dell'allarme ma soprattutto per il fatto che senza cappa il rischio è anche di fare puzzare tutto l'ambiente. Per il resto tutto perfetto e preciso.

Das Bad ist doch sehr eng - insbesondere der seitliche Platz links und rechts vom WC
Dies hat mir zwar nichts ausgemacht, jedoch robuster gebaute Personen konnten dies als unangenehm empfinden.
ÖPNV -Anbindung war gut
Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen.

Ein super modernes Apartment. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, absolut zu empfehlen!

Alles gut, alles sauber. Nur auf dem Flur riecht es etwas sehr stark nach Essig?

Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! The beds were comfortable but the bedding was a bit smelly. The only real issue we had was the central heating, which made the room very warm despite having the windows open to compensate.
