Location is excellent! Beds were comfortable.
Stayed here a few years ago in the new wing and loved it. Since then, this same wing has become prematurely shabby. The bathroom did not have a working fan, no hand soap, no hot water from the sink, only cold water with weak pressure. Requested more hangers since there were only 2 hangers for 2 closets for 2 guests. Although bedding, the bed linens were very wrinkled and uninviting. Overall housekeeping was uninspired and disappointing.
Location
Comp breakfast coffee
Staff friendly
Some paint needs touch up
Location was good. Complimentary items were very limited but tasty. There were other items to chose from on a different “cash” menu.
Not enough complimentary items.
The breakfast was excellent and the location was 1st rate. The people were fantastic and our room was spotless. Just a great experience top to bottom.
Just being picky but having a room in the main section.
The nostalgia
Rooms were small. Air conditioning threw out some black particles when turned on
I like the architecture and historic charm
Who is so loud we couldn't sleep till after 2:00 a.m. because of the bar the room wasn't working with the AC it was so hot and the water shower had a drip that was driving us crazy we had to throw towels in the bottom of the shower and the bed was very uncomfortable we could feel Springs
Location nice
Room and bed very comfortable and clean
Awesome sized shower
Nice decor
Loved the PAPER CUPS vs GLASS
I would rather have stayed in the newer side with bigger rooms. Room was noisy
Took a while for water to get hot
Sink grout was old and brown
Very difficult to find way from back parking lot to 4th floor room
Would have been nice if complimentary breakfast had included drink other than just coffee ( juice, water)
No attendant was present
The location is great, easy walking distance to school and Main Street!
They’ve really gone down with the complimentary breakfast.
Room had some maintenance issues.

Great locations for Longwood and downtown area.
No ice machine on the 3rd floor of the older part of the hotel.
Stay was nice but I found it strange there was no one at the front desk when I arrived about 6pm. There was a sign saying the person would be back in ten minutes. This is prime check in time and I thought someone should be there. But when she returned, check in was easy! When I got to my room (6pm) there were two piles of linens in the hallway. The same piles were present when I left the following morning.
See above.
