Hard working crew!
Pros:

Really appreciate the entire staff for making our trip so great! I came across a lot of hard workers, but Zach, one of the valet guys really impressed me with his kindness and strong work ethic. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Loved the Oceanfront view and direct access to the beach. The indoor pools and slides were my kids' favorite. This hotel was very clean. The workers were friendly and very attentive. There were a lot of people in the breakfast area but the staff kept it very clean. Breakfast foods were above average compared to other foods I've had at other hotels. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

The beds were a little more firm than we liked. Also there is no parking lot for this hotel. You either have to pay for valet parking for each day or you can park in a lot a few blocks away (they say the price is a little cheaper). (We still will likely return as the pros outweighed the cons for us).

Location is within walking distance to so many attractions. The room was very clean.

Not worth the price we paid!

The room space, the distant to the beach

Cons:

The breakfast was nasty and not a variety the same thing every day, not enough tables for guest in the mornings, the cleaning staff was not friendly, the elevators didn’t work well and you had to wait for a while or take the stairs because they never stopped on the floor in the mornings. The hallways were never cleaned, the beach access is horrible if you bring a wagon to carry all your beach chairs.

Shana-Kay is the BEST!!!
Pros:

We stayed here as a promo with a timeshare company. After our 6 hour drive we were all very hungry so we tried calling down to the local eatery within the hotel and for some reason we couldn't connect from our room. Down swoops Shana-Kay! She called our room to see if everything was ok because she'd received 2 calls from our room but no one said anything. She was so helpful, pleasant and full of joy. She is to be commended for being such a great asset to this hotel.
