We had a corner room on the 18th floor right on the beach which was wonderful. The room itself was good with just what we needed .... 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The location was wonderful on the beach.
The valet parking was crowded and so were the elevators. Being on the 18th floor became a problem especially taking our luggage up and down. The pool area was over crowded and dirty. We never got a receipt from the hotel and valet wouldn't let me go back to the front desk.

The staff were all very warm and inviting. Bubba, at the bar, gave us great insight and tips into places we should visit while we were here. He was a joy to chat with. The front desk people were very helpful as well. A wonderful group of people. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing!!! Great place to stay!

My family had the absolute best time staying at Homewood Suites. The valet parking was fast and courteous. Most of the front desk was friendly, and housekeeping was accommodating. The real star of the show was Bubba at the in-house restaurant, Coconut Charlie's. We actually had the best food and service of our entire stay at Coconut Charlie's, and they deliver to your room. And I am picky, so I pray this helps someone.
