Pros:

Location and the room was extra cozy. Staff was very friendly and the check in was very fast. Valet parking was a PLUS!!! Definitely will be back🙂

Cons:

Очень холодная вода в бассейне. Три дня подряд температура была 73 градуса. И с этим никто ничего не делал. Благодаря холодной воде в детско зоне мой ребенок заболел. И поразил еще один случай- когда люди сидели в горячем джакузи подошел работник и просто высыпал хлорку. Это же ужасно, люди стали кашлять и вышли. Не хватает немного ответственности со стороны отеля

Overall the pool was excellent! The room size was great! Also breakfast was great.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The one guy down at the pool he had a foreign accent. I completely forgot to get his name but he was amazing and always had a smile on his face ready to help! I also liked the security of having to scan room cards in the elevator to go to the floors.

Cons:

That we paid $15 dollars a day for a resort fee. Paid a $50 deposit and then when we arrived at the hotel we had to pay another $100 deposit in case we spent money at the restaurant in the hotel. The lady that checked us in said we had to use our card but she could give us the $100 deposit back in cash at the end of our stay. Well that was a lie. Manager said it would go back on our card within 3-7 days.. wish we would have known.

Not great but not terrible!
Pros:

The location was great. It was near many attractions and restaurants that you could walk to. Stunning view of the ocean and sunrise! Breakfast was adequate and saved on spending.

Cons:

The room was a good size, plenty of space with a balcony and great view, however it could have been cleaner. I noticed many stains (i.e. stained lampshade, stains on headboard, walls, etc). The facility looked better maintained than the room itself. I saw several cockroaches in different areas, not in our room, but there was a large dead bug on floor of room that I asked to be removed and it wasn’t. Rooms aren’t cleaned daily, I was told there was a schedule but I asked for the room to be addressed and it was. It wasn’t a horrible stay but it could certainly use a deeper cleaning!
