A lot of strict rules at the pool. No coolers allowed, no jumping in the pool? It’s a pool. There are signs everywhere saying swim at your own risk, but then they enforce tons of rules

The location was great

Cons:

They didn't warn customers of the construction on the beach it was an eyesore and the beach water was full of debris. You had to walk a few blocks down to fully enjoy the beach . The staff doesn't pick up your trash . I had to request my trash be picked up. They don't vacuum, my daughter got stuck with a piece of glass in the hotel room on the floor the first night

The pools and the staff are great!
Pros:

The pools and the staff were the best thing about the facility!

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of work. We had a room that had staples coming out of the carpet and ended up poking thru my foot when I stepped on it accidentally. The staff was kind enough to switch out rooms but the new room had the loudest air conditioning unit ever. We didn’t get much sleep that night as my 1 year old kept waking up every time the A/C came on. The bathrooms need some work. The walk in showers make the whole bathroom floor flood when someone is taking a shower even when careful. The detachable shower heads are super Wonky and make it incredibly dangerous getting out the shower cause of how slippery everything is.

Location and breakfast was good

Cons:

Large Palmetto bugs in the room. My two daughters sleep on the sofa bed and had bite marks i think it was a result of bed bugs. The housekeeper was very rude. When she came to clean she was upset we were still in the room and proceeded to sweep the bathroom while I was still in there. Sweeping sand and dirt all over my feet and legs. Very unprofessional.
