Pros:

The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and kindly stored our bags for a few days while we were out of town. Great location being in the old quarter but not too busy either.

Cons:

Our shower had black mould. The walls of the rooms were quite thin which is the usual for many hotel rooms in the Old Quarter. We could hear someone in the building next door play loud music until after midnight and also the lift in the building. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Struttura in ottima posizione, camere accoglienti pulite e ben ristrutturate, personale gentilissimo che ci ha accolti a braccia aperte e fornito ottimi consigli con una lista dei locali consigliati e dei posti da vedere, ci hanno offerto un ottimo deposito bagagli senza fretta per il ritiro e possibilità di utilizzare i servizi igienici al ritiro!

Amabilidad, limpieza, ubicación y facilidades
Pros:

El personal era muy atentos, siempre asegurándose de que estábamos cómodos y dándonos todo tipo de facilidad. Reservamos a través de ellos un excursión de 1 día a Ha Long Bay y por la subida del precio de la gasolina los que ofrecían el tour pidieron un extra fee; el hotel asumió parte de esa subida. Además, pudimos dejar las maletas después de hacer el check-out casi el día entero, permitiéndonos también ir al baño y regalándonos una botella de agua fría antes de irnos por el calor. Además, nuestro próximo destino era el Hi Giang Loop y en caso de volver a Hanoi, nos ofrecieron guardar nuestras maletas hasta la vuelta.
Especial mención al recepcionista de la tarde/noche, con quien más trato tuvimos y quien hizo que nuestra experiencia fuese más gratificante.

Excellent stay – would definitely return
Pros:

The hotel arranged an airport pickup for us and the driver was waiting when we landed, even after a longer-than-usual immigration queue, which was really appreciated.
On arrival, the lady on reception was very welcoming and provided us with a helpful sheet of recommended places to visit around Hanoi.
The room itself was clean and great value for money. We were given complimentary water every day, and the owner even gave us extra bottles when we checked out as we had a long journey ahead to Ha Long Bay – a really thoughtful touch.
The location is also ideal, as the street is much quieter compared to other areas in Hanoi where I’ve stayed previously, which made for a more relaxing stay.
We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.

Value for money, comfortable Stay
Pros:

Hotel is located at very good location. Most of tourist attractions are near by like Lake, Trainstreet, Puppet Water Show, Night Market, Shopping. Hotel has elevator. Rooms are bit smaller so is case with most of hotels in Old Quarters. Reception is open 24Hours. They can help you with Airport pick up/ drop at reasonable price. They can help you with Travel to SAPA or any other place. Many restaurants are near by. Room is comfortable. Prefer rooms with balcony. Host guided to nearby Shopping market.Value for money. Will recommend others to stay here.

Cons:

Ventilation is poor as there is small window. Bathroom doesn't have lock

Pros:

Un petit hotel presque familial au cœur du old quarter mais dans une rue calme la nuit. L’accueil est fantastique , Mint à l’accueil est toujours prête à organiser des tours et des visites sur Hanoi ou ailleurs. Le propriétaire est très avenant et accueillant pareil pour le réceptionniste de nuit. C’est un hôtel simple au rapport qualité/prix fantastique.
