Pros:

A nice value-for-money hotel with an excellent view from the balcony. The room was comfortable and pleasant to stay in.
Mint, the receptionist, was also a great travel agent she helped arrange all the activities we wanted to do in Hanoi during our stay and even assisted with booking our bus for the onward journey.
Overall, we loved the property, its location, and the wonderful people.

Nice clean, well prepared rooms with incredibly nice staff. We stayed there 1 night and we enjoyed It greatly with incredibly helpful staff.Very well situated at a cheap price. incredible. Spatious rooms and nice bathrooms.

Pros:

The hotel is small, but very well located - close to everything in the old quarter and not far from the citadel. The rooms are a bit tiny, but clean and comfortable. We stayed in a balcony room and enjoyed our spacios balcony. The best part thought was the staff. They were friendly and helpfull, always ready to help with whatever we needed - from arranging airport transfer, trouhg offering tour arrangmets to giving us advice on when we can get the best exchage rate or withdraw monney from an ATM without fee.
