I had a wonderful experience at this guesthouse! The accommodation was nice, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s excellent value for the price, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others!
Great location! Very spacious room…But you get what you pay for.
We needed a cheap place to stay before departing Thailand and this served the purpose!
Unfortunately, the shower did not provide hot water and there were little amenities. Only two pillows on the bed. Very, very loud noise all day/night which is to be expected being near a busy road.
Plus side - very convenient to get to the train stations and nearby malls.
We have the very comfortable stay. Room is clean. Price is very reasonable. Staff is responsive and helpful. Location is nice. Overall very satisfy. Recommend
Great location, just a 5-10 minute walk to MBK Mall and other nearby shopping centers. However, I didn’t see much of the staff and had little interaction with them until the last day when they came to clean the room.
Nothing wrong with property. I didn’t know when I booked it that staff only at front counter from 11am to 8pm. Otherwise you WhatsApp someone however they responded immediately. Expedia said 24/7 reception which is deceiving. But no fault of hotel. Girl at the front counter was excellent. Next time I would just move up to a 4 or 5 star. Depending on the price u get the hotel for it could work for you.
Hotel was in a good location. It’s only got 7 rooms. It’s unstaffed the entire time we were there. But overall it was ok. It’s a good location but very noisy with traffic. They provide ear plugs so they are aware of it. Can walk to all the major shopping centres within 10-15 minutes.

. This is a beautiful stay, and the bed is comfortable. T Easy to walk to good food and good coffee. Very cute. Very clean. It has everything you need for a trip. Altogether I had a great stay and I hope to book again.

This place is very nice! Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions. The room is clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Bangkok. The room was quiet, clean and very cozy. Nicely furnished. Check-in was super easy.
The hotel is in a good location, however, there is no service from the hotel as there is no reception, you do your self-check-in and check-out, also there is no lift in the hotel, so it would be not convenient for the family if they got large luggage as you need to bring them all up yourself (so heavy).
DO NOT stay at this hotel. You will regret!! street Noise, AC drip all night but not cold. shower clog. Paid for a room for 3 people, hotel forced us to pay extra for the 3rd person in order to add the extra bed that was supposed to be there already. They added a child mattress on top a sofa bed. The WORST ever. DO NOT STAY here.
Brutal!!! I would never have imagined this hotel to be on your site. There is no one working in the hotel for any assistance at all. I reserved a double queen room with a sofa bed but was denied bedding for the sofa bed and told by someone on the phone I needed to pay extra for sheets or call Expedia. We had no one to cal for a taxi to the airport. My daughter had to sleep without a blanket or sheet on a dirty sofa bed. This ruined our night in Bangkok and I expect a full or partial refund .
passes off as a boutique hotel. do me a favour.... it's an old house with zero charm. no staff on site, no reception, no kettle in room, no hot water in shower. I left early and wasn't refunded
For entire 4 nights stay, there's no staff in sight. Only 1 cleaner appeared in the morning. To enter the premise, we use a password to key in and auto door open. But if someone is smart, he/she can guess the password from the door front's stickers. Room not in good condition, paint on wall and ceiling falling off. First and last time for my family.
I booked this place for late night stay . When I arrived 1 am. I found out they lock the properly. No one in the hotel. Even security or house keeper. I phoned them from number which showing outside that any problem just phone that number. But nobody answer .
Do not stay this place if you want somewhere to stay safe . At night they just leave guest stay on their own . If anything happen. They not gonna help or you cannot contact them . Cheap but not safe.
The hotel isn’t staffed so you need to contact them via text when you arrive and get instructions. The hotel is very run down now and not like the pictures. The room was basic for the cost.
Decent budget hotel. There is no one at the front desk. Self check in and out. The room was nice and spacious. The location is ideal if you are using public transportation. There are lots of options for restaurants and great street food near by.
