Pros:

Haphazard management, very unprofessional staff. Inappropriate blankets were provided( too small to fit).
At the start of check in they tried to fool me with a new under construction room, but I complained and they reluctantly gave me a better room.
They promised to e-mail me the Bill for extended stay--I extended it till 12 a.m. 25 Jan 2019--but they haven't given mailed it me yet( amount 1000 rs.)
The address provided on map is misguiding, and the name of hotel should be changed--it was confusing( Pink City).

I hope Expedia improves its listings, it is not appropriate to list such hotels on this reputed platform.

Pros:

I felt a humidity from bed. Toilet and shower is dirty for me, but maybe this is normal in india.I couldnt take a bath that night.
For me Sleeping condition was bad.

Pros:

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. It is not called "comfort rooms" It is actually called "Pink City" It is NOT in New Delhi Railway station. It is in a dark side street of the main bazzar or Phar Ganj. Ask for Pink City Krishna Gali. To find it, cross the main road to the side opposite the the railway station. With your back to the railway, take the second alley/street on your right. It is a basic !-2 start hotel and is OK at that.
