Hotel Rhodannenberg AG

This is located in a remote area just outside of Glarus Switzerland on a stunning mountain reservoir! The dining room, staff and breakfast staff were outstanding and amazingly friendly. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Das Hotel liegt am See in den Bergen und ist deshalb nur über eine schmale Bergstraße zu erreichen, aber der Aufwand lont sehr! Tolles Ziel für Wander- und Bade- und Radfahrurlaub!

Bel hôtel bénéficiant d’une vue magnifique sur le lac de Klontal. Chambres simples mais calmes. Le personnel est aux petits soins et arrangeant. Le prix est peut être un peu élevé par rapport au style de la chambre qui est vieillissant mais ça reste les tarifs suisse !

BEST KEPT SECRET IN SWITZERLAND!!! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Dennis and Chris. The views here are spectacular. You won't regret your decision to stay here. Breakfast was included and was especially good.

Showed up at 9:20pm, place is dark, no one answers the door, so we went back into town and found a place to stay.

Dennis and his crew are excellent hosts. We greatly appreciate their hospitality and attention to detail provided during our stay. So beautiful!!! So Quiet!!! So very accommodating!!! Dennis and his staff made sure all of our needs were met!!! I will definitely stay here in the future!!!

There was a fridge in the room that didn't work and we needed it.
Other than that everything was fine

Amazing hotel to visit the lake and nearby sites in Switzerland. The service is impeccable, the restaurant serves delicious local fare and the breakfast was always satisfying. Our room had the lakeview, which was incredible. If you are looking for for a relaxing getaway, a lake to swim and/or hike around with easy access to Glarus and other surrounding areas, stay here.

Everything was ok, especially the surroundings. What I didn't like were some details regarding environmental care, e.g. plastic toothbrush mugs wrapped in plastic film and a lot of waste only for breakfast.

Läget var optimalt, boendet fint och fräscht med kvalité på maten som serverades. Personalen var trevlig och speciellt en man var väldigt hjälpsam och serviceminded, extra plus!
