O atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito educados e prestativos.

Cons:

Minha decepção foi com o quarto, era completamente diferente da fotos do site. Achei escuro, não continha o sofá que aparece nas fotos, o frigobar estava vazio. O banheiro completamente diferente das fotos, a banheira parecia encardida. Enfim, esperava um pouco mais em relação a propaganda no site.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, limpeza do quarto muito boa. As roupas de cama estavam muito limpas. Atendimento muito bom.

Cons:

A região central da cidade têm muitas pessoas em situação de rua, tornando a localização do hotel um pouco perigosa para passeios noturnos a pé. Porém para passeios com veículo, a localização do hotel é boa.
