El personal molt amable.
La situació de l’hotel està bé.
Les dimensions de l’habitació són acceptables, així com la vista que tenia per la finestra

Cons:

Com a la majoria d’hotels els vidres de les finestres estan bruts.
No hi havia armari, era un espai obert
La tele no funcionava
Les normes del soroll s’haurien de tenir en compte, eren més tard de les dotze de la nit, hi s’escoltaven nenes cridant, corrent i saltant.
La banyera estava escardada i la cortina bruta

Pros:

The room was fine overall, but our first impression was a bit disappointing as it appeared the bed had not been properly prepared for new guests. It looked as though it had already been used. On a positive note, all the staff from reception to housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay much more pleasant. The only downside was the security guard, who came across as rather unfriendly that night!

The hotel was fine . Battambang was horrible and I certainly wouldn’t recommend the city to anyone. Incredibly dusty
Pros:

The property was very good. The only issue is that they are currently renovating and the noise is bad. The renovations are supposed to be between 9 and 5 however even on Saturday they started at about 7.30 am

Les lits étaient propre

Cons:

Il y avait des cafards dans notre chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien et bruyante, les murs ainsi que la salle de bain n'étaient pas très propre.
Matelas très dur.
Si vous voulez passez une bonne nuit personnellement je vous le déconseille.
Les chambres valent leur prix..

I am happy with my stay in the hotel. Thank you for hospitality.
Pros:

I think it is a nice place to stay. The location is closed to the city and i can find easy transport and food to eat easily. I feel safe during the nighttime no disturb sound. The room is clean for me and the hospitality is good.

Cons:

The bathtub is complicated, i hope the hotel will have time to fix it better. Sometimes, it hard for old people or children to use during taking the bath.
