Новый дом с охраной внизу. Очень лёгкое заселение, в номере очень чисто , персонал дружелюбный. Так же на этаже есть стиральная машинка( можно пользоваться бесплатно), холодильник и микроволновка. В номере тихо, можно хорошо выспаться.

For the price, this was good value for money. They had a washing machine and place to dry clothes. They provide detergent and ironing board if you want it. The staff were super nice.

Ein sehr schönes, modernes, sauberes Zimmer, in dem ich mich wohl gefühlt habe. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank für alle und man kann sich selber Wasser nehmen, außerdem darf man die Waschmaschine benutzen. Eine der besten Unterkünfte meiner Thailandreise, die in einer absolut authentischen Wohngegend liegt. Mit dem Grab Bike, der Fähre oder der Skytrain ist man schnell in Touristengebieten.

The House didn’t bring me direct happiness, it did something better: it made me reflect on what happiness is and can be. The building is located in an authentic tourist-free neighborhood that asks you to live at its rhythm from the early mornings to the buzzing night food market that takes place three times a week. What they call apartments are in reality normal rooms situated on the seventh floor above six floors hosting local residents. I liked the simplicity of the place, the feeling of immersion in the culture and the very « leave me alone » nature of the residence. It’s safe, it’s clean, all basic needs are covered and the staff are lovely human beings, even if you don’t see them much. Every morning, I was out at 6am to eat delicious food while humbly watching the street vendors, the monks and all the vibrant daily life. It took only a few days for some people to start recognizing me and remembering my food preferences, which was always a heart warming feeling. If you are a person who wakes up late, you will be missing out. Don’t stay here to go and visit other parts of the city by taxi. Stay here to live here for a while and learn about the culture. All in all, I simply loved my stay, this place made me happy and I will certainly return.

Man zahlt 4 Bath für das Ferry zwischen Tha Din Daeng Cross River Ferry Pier und Ratchawong Pier (Chinatown). Diese Ferry-Strecke kennt Google Maps leider nicht.

L’emplacement dans un quartier habité par des locaux, calme. La chambre est confortable, avec un petit balcon sympa. La laundry à disposition est très appréciable.
