Pros:

Atendimento dos recepcionistas.

Cons:

Quarto que foi designado pra mim estava usado, com toalhas no chão, lençol sujo e cama desarrumada. Ao fazer a reclamação para o recepcionista, fui prontamente alocado em outro quarto, porém com travesseiros super desconfortáveis, pequenos, além da tampa do vazo estar frouxa e escorregadia. Sobre o café, muito fraco e com opções aparentemente velhas (pão murcho, pão de queijo duro, rosquinhas secas etc). Com certeza, a pior unidade do Ibis que já me hospedei.

Eu cheguei às 6:00h da manhã e havia avisado por mensagem que chegaria esse horário. Após as 23:59h cancelaram minha reserva e precisei ficar mais de uma hora na recepção esperando conseguirem concluir.

Funcionários simpáticos nada a reclamar deles.

Cons:

Erraram minha entrada no quarto 555, estava no interior do quarto entrou outra pessoa no mesmo quarto, depois me informaram que não haviam lincado meu nome ao quarto algo assim, porém também perderam meu comprovante de pagamento, fui questionado por 2x se já havia pago, na segunda vez apresentei um comprovante no Check-Out.
