Pros:

Low price for a good service (313thb for a night, doble bed room with fan).
The bed is a bit hard, like always in asia.

It's more like a motel. Dark uncomfortable room, no view from window. One night max.

Good place, good price, just outside central area
Pros:

Its a good clean place for a very good price.Some rooms leaking faucet, so check. TV has some Engish news channels and Travel Channel. Wifi good. Only drawback is a short walk about 7 minutes to local #1 bus termknal to catch a 15 Baht Songtaew ride to center of town about 15 minutes, Songtaew start early AM, but not around at night. Good cheap lunch buffet Baht 39 at local small Thai restuarant just to left off back road from hotel.

Very pleasant ruly Thai experience.
Pros:

Located on a quiet back street, two blocks from Bus Terminal 1, several kms from train station (15 baht in purple songkaew). Manager speaks some English, really welcoming, his family lives on premises, all very pleasant. Room spacious, fan only--very hot in day, owner offers aircon room for 100 baht more per night. All shower amenities, good wifi (sometimes goes down when rainy). Simple breakfast, sometimes rice soup, sometimes Thai fritters, only instant coffee and Lipton tea.
