La posizione.

Cons:

Condizionatore non funzionante e camera fredda. Il receptionist, nonostante l’orario((23.30) ci ha fatto aspettare prima di intervenire e non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema e abbiamo dormito con una temperatura spiacevole. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile e ci è stato detto che non era possibile.
Finestra bassa e vetro non trasparente, di conseguenza camera buia (105)
Bollitore con due dita di acqua dentro sicuramente rimasta dall’ospite precedente.

Posizione ottima, peccato solo room-only ma sono molto gentili nelle richieste. (Per esempio, avevo bisogno di un po' di latte e mi è arrivato subito.)

Cons:

Le finestre basse con le sbarre, camera poco luminosa ma per il resto tutto ok!

Super emplacement, proche de tous les centres d'intérêts. Personnel très agréable et parlant français. Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Nice place in centre of Naples
Pros:

Although on a very noisy and busy street the sound proofing was exceptional.
Good base to visit the sites

Cons:

The marketing makes this property look more than it is. The beautiful dome is a shopping precinct and yes it’s beautiful but not as grand as the images portray.

No muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

La accesibilidad dificil 19 peldaños con mucha pendiente y sin ascensor.
La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear y además no nos cambiaron las sábanas en los seis días que estuvimos alojados.
La calefacción muy alta centralizada y por tanto imposible regularla en la habitación.
