Pros:

Location was spot on ! Clean, beautiful place with definitely history in the building. Staff was so friendly and helpful, HUGE shout out to Sarah , she helped a lot with everything ❤️ Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful spacious bathroom. Coffee machine, kettle and mini bar ! Had an amazing surprise from Sarah (she was an angel) in our room upon arrival a Bubbly waiting for us to celebrate our Anniversary!

Cons:

The only downside was the sound proof issue...I didnt go full stars just because of this ...I dont know if Italy has a law that protects the old historic buildings but they have to change the balcony/windows...Our room was first floor behind the reception (103) facing a small alley vertical from Via Toledo, I mean a guy sneezed at ViaToledo and it felt it sneezed next to me ...and we had balcony doors shut and the ac on (so it was not full silent in the room) !!!!! It was not cheap to stay for 2 nights and not get a good rest....Again, this was the only only thing ....but important !!!!

Okay for a quick stop
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

Our room was small and window to the wall (building next door). It feels like a box. However I saw they have a bigger room and nicer rooms will most likely will book those instead of standard.

Excellent central location, right opposite the entrance of the Galleria on Via Toledo. It is an ideal base for exploring Naples, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

While the central location is a major advantage, it also comes with some drawbacks. As Via Toledo is a pedestrian street, there is no direct taxi access, and guests need to walk through the Galleria to reach the hotel. The area can also be a little noisy due to its central location. In addition, there are several stairs leading to the reception area, which can be inconvenient when carrying luggage.
