Courteous and helpful staff
Pros:

McKayla was extremely helpful with my trip for various reasons and ensured I felt welcomed for my stay. She recognized me by name each time I entered the hotel. She was helpful, courteous, and is an asset to the hotel and the brand name.

Always A great experience..
Pros:

This was our fourth time staying at this location and everytime it has been one of the nicest and clean hotels that we visit. And the staff are always so friendly. Great location!

Cons:

The only problem we had had absolutely nothing to do with the staff.. The person above us sounded like they had a herd of elephants tromping in the room.. Thank god they only stayed one night..

Good visit son before he deployed

Clean, convenient

Cons:

1. Heater was so loud it was hard to sleep. 2. Ran out of waffle batter at breakfast (my favorite). 3. Bed is on a wall that made watching TV uncomfortable.

I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Location was easy to get to and easy to access in/out. Breakfast was adequate and included the basics found at other hotels. Lobby area was clean and inviting and the desk staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room, although comfortable and roomy, was a bit "old." The bathrooms could use an update but they were adequate.

Perfect
Pros:

This hotel is perfect! It all started with a phone call to Rebecca. She was so nice and welcoming. She answered our questions, and was so friendly so we booked with her.

The location is good with grocery stores, gas stations, close dining, and ample parking.

The atmosphere is nice and clean. The hotel is up to date, and pretty well maintained. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

The breakfast was pretty good. Scrambled eggs were a bit rubbery. Otherwise breakfast items were basic, but satisfactory.

The coffee and hot chocolate bars at check in were nice, but the best thing is the hot Otis Spunkmeyer cookies!

We couldn't have been more pleased. Casey and Justin, you should be proud to have Rebecca on staff!

Excellent staff
Pros:

Very accommodating staff and friendly customer service. The front desk has gone out of their way to make my long-term stay pleasant and making it feel like home. Rebecca has gone above and beyond multiple times to help me with various issues and hiccups. I am always treated as a valued customer.

The staff was absolutely awesome!!!
Pros:

It was good. I am on a healthy diet, no sugar or seed oil. But I had decent options. My husband loved his waffle
