Excelente servicio, quedé sorprendida con el desayuno (mini buffet) Chilaquiles bien ricos con jugos naturales y cereal para los niños. La agua bien caliente, Habitación fría. Tenían seguridad para cuidar los carros. Perfecto para pasar la noche

As a frequent Homewood Suites guest, I typically associate the brand with warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations. While the Apodaca location offered standard amenities, the staff's demeanor was notably different from what I'm accustomed to. The lack of warmth and engagement created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which was unexpected for a brand known for its welcoming environment.
The hotel’s location near a shopping plaza was a convenient perk, allowing for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. Additionally, its proximity to the airport, with available airport transfers, was a plus. However, the early morning flight transfer limitation might be a drawback for some travelers.
While the hotel's location and amenities are suitable for business travelers, the less-than-welcoming staff experience makes it less appealing for families seeking a warm and inviting stay.
En general bien, desayuno MUY rico. la única observación son las fundas de las almohadas están ya muy viejas y ásperas. Da la impresión que cambiaron las sábanas y faltó eso..

Clean/updated hotel, convenient location. Restaurant meals are nice, breakfast has nice selections, bar offers snacks after 6pm, staff is very friendly, gym is nice (elliptical, treadmill, spin bike, universal)..

Coozy and warm
All amenities supplied on-site and many options available via delivery and walking distance.
The area in general is still getting itself settled with heavy tourism but I really felt it was a nicer atmosphere during the day than larger cities in the country. I wish it the best of luck with its growth.

The cleanliness and I arrived early and they allow me n the room. This was great.
The Hotel, all the areas and my Room was great, clean and brand new, my problem is that they dont do what they offered to the customer, i did the a reservation with them because they offered me transportation to the airport, parking lot to my vehicle during my trip and transportation airport- hotel in my way back from trip just calling 24 hrs. in advanced for reservation like i did and at the time i arrived at the airport they never showed up to pick me up with my family, i called back to the hotel and the lady told me that they cant pick me up because they don't have Van for the transportation available and the question is why they didn't say anything when i did the reservation for that,
and i dont care to pay for a taxi but i dont like to losse my time waiting for them and didn't show up thats all.
