Hotel is just a few minutes walk going to Mall and Metro station… Lot of restaurant around the vicinity.
Staff at the breakfast hall is friendly and helpful. Engagement with customers.

I love the Shakas Bar on 2nd floor . They have so many healthy options of food and drink. The staff are super friendly especially Romelyn, she knows everyone’s orders and always has my favorites ready after a tough work out! Romelyn knows I love acai bowl so always does her best to make a beautiful bowl for me twice a week ! She’s a gem!
Great service, clean room, great location. Excellent for kids. In weekend there are people from outside hotel visiting and it can be busy at restaurant,pool etc.

My family and I revisited the hotel and enjoyed a sumptuous full breakfast. Truly an experience worth re-enjoying. Special thanks to Beverly who attended to our needs and was exceptionally helpful right from the booking phase till the dining experience itself. The receptionist at the Kube, another asian (Indian perhaps) is also worth mentioning - she's so friendly.

We had such a wonderful experience at this play facility! It’s not always easy to find a place that caters to both a baby and an older child, but this one truly delivered. My 10-month-old and my 5-year-old both had an amazing time—there was something engaging and safe for each of them.
What really stood out was the staff, especially Julie. She was incredibly accommodating, warm, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s always reassuring to be welcomed by someone who clearly cares about the kids and the overall experience.
Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun, stress-free kids club. We’ll definitely be coming back!
