浅草演劇ホール等にも近く、立地がよい。
スタッフの方々も丁寧で親切。
各階、各区域のセキュリティがしっかりしていて安心。
トイレ、シャワー等の共同スペースは清潔に保たれている。

2回目の滞在でしたが、繁忙期であるので、駐車場が18時には満車になっていました。早めのチェックインが必須です!雪の日だったので、屋根付きの駐車場とれて良かったです💦

宿泊代とは別に駐車場代が要るとの説明が無かった事と喫煙OKの部屋なのに換気扇も無いエアコン本体に蜘蛛の巣・ホコリ・床には茶色いシミがあり窓枠の下にもホコリがありがっかりでした～

Shockingly dirty floor, furniture, walls.
Needed to go down to the front to buy simple things like bottled water and soaps. Their dirty coin laundry didn't have soaps!!
