This property does not feature a reception desk and offers self-check-in only.

Weekly housekeeping service and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays.

If you book an apartment for one more guest than the number of fixed beds, a fold-out extra bed will be provided.

Koselig og rent rom. Ut over at Tv- oppsett var litt utdatert, så var fasilitetene fine. Beliggenheten var helt super!

Cons:

I forbindelse med bestillingen skulle jeg gjerne hatt noe mer informasjon om romtype. Man vet ikke hva man får før man er der.

Store de velux cassé donc lumière le matin (c'est pourtant pas compliqué à changer s'il est cassé)
Café annoncé comme disponible au RDC mais finalement "Hors service"
2 couettes individuelles au lieu d'une couette pour deux - pas très cool quand on dort en amoureux.
La clé numérique fonctionne une fois sur 3.

Pros:

Квартира расположена недалеко от самого центра и от дворца.
В квартире приятно находится - чисто, аккуратно. Со вкусом обставлена.
Не знаю это нам так повезло или в других квартирах этой компании так же - у нас был душ с туалетом и в спальне и в гостинной, это превзошло все наши ожидания, очень удобно!!!
На кухне есть весь необходимый минимум для приготовления еды и приборы для сервировки.
Были оставлены также капсулы для посудомоечной машины, тряпочки, губка...
Мы очень довольны!!!

Cons:

Не хватало только одного - шампуня для волос. Но это мелочи.

+ Clean and great location - No lift in the building
Pros:

Amazing location with everything good close by! Very clean and actually very quiet even if it’s pretty central. We had an apartment with sofa-bed and that apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great.

Cons:

Even if the TV commercial about this hotel said that it is possible to «rent a Nesspresso coffee machine» but it wasn’t possible and the was no coffe machine to make coffe with (the one downstairs in the lounge was out of order).
Also no lifts in the building så you have to carry all the bags up the stairs yourself.

Es un lindo lugar remodelado y muy cómodo ,quizás la tecnología de las llaves de acceso fue un poco difícil el primer día ya que no tenías wifi para llamar por más indicaciones pero se resolvió rápido .

Disappointed in the staff and the accommodations. Having received a baby cot that contained blood stains and never word

The apartment was well thought out. Enjoyed having the two bathrooms and living spaces for our family to spread out.

Cons:

The baby cot had blood on it the first night. The lights in the bedroom didn’t work - found out the breaker was flipped off after messaging the staff and calling on the phone for several hours. The window in the bathroom would not close/lock fully. The check in process was cumbersome and staff was slow to respond via messages. The phone numbers listed in the apartment did not match what is on Booking. The dryer vent clearly needed to be cleaned and the cycle would not finish drying our laundry. We tried for 60 minutes and after every 3 minutes it would stop. Ended up air drying our clothing.
