This property does not feature a reception desk and offers self-check-in only.

Weekly housekeeping service and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays.

If you book an apartment for one more guest than the number of fixed beds, a fold-out extra bed will be provided.

Oslo ist eine tolle Stadt
Pros:

Gute Lage. Frühstück gab es nicht.

Cons:

Da es keine Rezeption gab, war es nicht ganz einfach, ins Haus zu gelangen. Und die dafür notwendige App funktionierte nicht wie beschrieben.

Perfekte Ausgangslage, um Oslo zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Ausgangslage, um Oslo zu erkunden. Man ist in 2 Minuten an einer S-Bahn - Haltestelle. Bis zum Schlosspark sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und es war alles vorhanden, um sich selbst zu verpflegen.

Cons:

Die Betten und Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Oslo in der Hauptreisezeit waren wir zufrieden.

Oslo è una città meravigliosa!
Pros:

Struttura molto elegante e confortevole a due passi dal centro di Oslo. Il quartiere è molto bello e un supermercato è a due minuti a piedi.

L'emplacement, le calme, le balcon, la taille, la propreté, les équipements de la cuisine.

Cons:

Le matelas était vraiment très mou, avec des creux, pas du tout confortable. Il faut le changer d'urgence. Les oreillers étaient également très mous et ne servaient donc à rien. A changer aussi.Il faisait chaud et on ne pouvait pas régler la température.

Pros:

Prima accommodatie op loopafstand van centrum. Heerlijk ruim en schoon.

Cons:

Er was geen koffiezetapparaat. Via service gevraagd, hij zou het brengen, dat is niet gebeurd.
Verder geen wijnglazen en veel te grote pannen en braadpan voor twee personen.

Great place, top location!
Pros:

The communication with the team was OK prior to the arrival. We got few messages explaning the process and I was looking at some straightforward process until we got there and realized it was going to be a challenge at the beginnig. The phone key worked downstairs - no issues whatsoever. The issue began when we wanted to enter the apartment - the phone didn't work there. Thank God, there was one cleaning lady that helped us get in. I call the phone in the app and after waiting 20 on hold, line disconnected. The second try was better - got thru the support folks which explained there was a machine in the back that could print out few key cards. Other than that everything was great - the location, the room size, it was clean and at the end we were allowed to drop the suitcases free of charge over at the main office close to the train station - that was nice! Thanks guys!

Cons:

You could have 1-2 key card waiting for you at the table just in case the phone doesn't work for some reason. Overal, there was nothing we didn't like. We'd definitely come back to this place if we come to Oslo.

Nice apartment in a good location. A few areas for improvement but very happy to stay there again.
Pros:

Good location, not far from the Palace and close to trams and shops. The apartment was clear and tidy, nicely decorated lots of kitchen equipment, quite. In a nicely renovated historic building in a very nice neighbourhood.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was not to my liking - a foam one that seemed a bit slim. I used the App to enter but it stopped working on day 2 so I switched to a key card (a fellow resident helped me to get one in the basement). On leaving the apartment there was a delay before the door locked, and I was never sure if the door locked when I was in the apartment. A light to indicate the door is locked on the inside or a manual twist to lock the door would be helpful. I was in the apartment 7 days and cleaning is only carried out if you stay 10 days or more. A refresh after 4 or 5 days would be nice (hoover the floors, disinfect the toilet),
