Comfortable Oslo stay with a convenient location.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and within easy reach of central Oslo, making it a practical place to stay for a short visit. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and works well for a quick overnight stay before continuing the journey. The surrounding neighborhood also feels quiet and pleasant.

Cons:

The check in process using the app and NFC access was a bit troublesome. It requires downloading the app before access is granted, and each room needs at least one person to install it. As we had three rooms for our group of nine, several people had to go through the same setup process, which took some extra time during arrival.

Parking around the property is also extremely limited, so guests arriving by car may need to plan ahead for nearby public parking.

Every time when I was inside the room, couldn’t be sure if the door was locked properly as it’s not using the app to do it, just a bit confusing.

Check-in. Obwohl der Check- in kontaktlos ist, muss die Person, die die FeWo gebucht, beim Check-in mit dem Handy anwesend sein, auch wenn sie in einem anderen Hotel wohnt.

Die Anweisungen für den Check-in waren unzureichend.

Es war kein Esstisch vorhanden.

Es gab kein Licht beim Couchtisch, an dem wir gegessen haben.

Godt fornøyd. Sentral belighenhet. Bilparkering på utsiden (betaling på automat).

Cons:

Det manglet dusjsåpe og shampo. Dette var forventet at skulle være inkludert, og det var også bekrevet i annonsen. Ellers intet negativt.

Seul petit bémol : l’application n’a pas fonctionné pour nous (alors qu’elle semblait opérationnelle pour d’autres voyageurs — problème d’opérateur ou de communication NFC, peut-être ?). Cela n’a cependant pas posé de souci, car la solution alternative consistant à éditer des cartes à l’arrière du bâtiment s’est avérée bien plus pratique et ne nous a pris que cinq minutes.
Bref, un super séjour !

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Küche und Wohnzimmer und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und was man hervorheben muss ist, dass es sehr sauber war. Die Nächte waren ruhig und das Apartment ist gut gelegen.

Cons:

In der Küche könnte man Salz/Pfeffer oder Teebeutel den Gästen zur Verfügung stellen. Manchmal roch es nach Essen im Schlafzimmer, obwohl wir nicht gekocht hatten. Da scheint die Lüftung nicht ganz korrekt zu funktionieren. Aus Hygienegründen sollte auch ein Müllbeutel im Kosmetikeimer im Bad vorgesehen werden.

Ótima localização, perto de estações de ônibus e tram. Quarto amplo, equipado e lindamente decorado. Sistema manless através de aplicativo muito bom e fácil de usar. Ótimo quarto!
