The check-in and luggage storage. Everything goes through the app and it is just not convenient if you have questions or problems checking in. Luggage storage is inconvenient as it is not in the same location. We arrived very early with the taxi from the airport, we couldn’t do an early check in and then we were told that the storage was 30min walk from the apartment location. Not convenient at all, after a long travel you just want to store your luggage or get into your room. You don’t want a whole story about how the facilities work.

We wish there was a coffee maker.

We could use curtains in the living room to block sunlight from the sofa bed which may be a consideration for those who are easily disturbed by light when sleeping. The curtains are on their way when we stayed there but have not yet been installed.

Żona zostawiła kapelusz w pokoju, kontaktowałem się z nimi 2 razy i zostałem zignorowany. Zwykłe "przykro nam ale nie znaleźliśmy" byłoby w zupełności ok.

The room was a bit small, so no provision for suitcases. No freezer in the fridge. We would have liked a few more kitchen utensils, eg spatula, straining spoon, scissors. The main door was difficult to open.

Nosso apartamento era no terceiro piso e não havia elevador. Foi dificil para nos mesmo sem as malas e bem pior quando chegamos e saimos da acomodação.

Bathroom door did not close and had gaps all around, the main entrance door was always open (unmanned) posing concerns. Not my favourite option that it is mandatory to download an app for check in and entering the room, although it worked smoothly.

Multiple issues made our stay less comfortable and welcoming:
• The apartment was not properly vacuumed, the hairdryer was dusty, the bathroom drawers were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom towels had stains on them. It simply did not feel ready for new guests.
• Only the bare minimum was provided in the bathroom (shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper), meaning no hair products or slippers. In the kitchen, no kitchen towels or napkins were provided at all. We also had to ask for basic supplies like trash bags and dishwasher tablets as there were none in the apartment.
• We were only two adults, yet the sofa had been unnecessarily made up as a bed. Additionally, the TV cables were attached to the wall using an improvisation that looked unprofessional.
• The plates were still in the dishwasher when we arrived, and we had to put them away. The kitchen badly needs extra items for guests who actually want to cook rather than just prepare a sandwich; the frying pan was scratched and unusable. Worst of all, the cutlery drawer was located right next to the trash bin, which is completely unacceptable.
• There were no water bottles or any kind of welcoming gifts (sweets, city guides, etc.).
