Pratique pour un court séjour
Pros:

Immeuble et parties communes de bon standing,
Logement bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités et points d'intérêt.
Confortable, un peu trop chauffé en hiver (dernier étage), cuisine bien équipée pour un couple, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Pratique pour un court séjour.

Comfortable but a bit annoying
Pros:

I liked its location, the apartments were spacious for 2 people. A decent amount of utilities for guests. Check in is smooth and check out also

Cons:

There was mold in our shower, which was a bit disgusting. The lack of physical service available and assistance for issues is quite appalling. We experienced severe noise disturbances and there was nothing done after 6 phone calls to the service line.

Merkez istasyona giden tramvaylara çok yakın. Şehrin güzel bir kısmında bulunuyor. 20 dk yürüyünce The Royal Palace'tasınız. Oda gayet geniş ve sıcak. 2 ekstra ısıtıcı koymaları da gayet hoş. Check-in öncesinde bagajınızı merkez istasyona yakın bir yere ücretsiz bırakabiliyorsunuz. Buradaki Vander görevlileri çok ilgili ve yardımsever.

Cons:

Kuzey ülkelerinde konuklara ikramda bulunmamak kural sanırım. Diğer ulkelerde de bu şekilde olduğunu gördük. Bir iki atıştırmalık, çay vs hem maliyetsiz hem de gelen konuğu olumlu etkiler. Oda geniş ama 3. kişi için daha rahat bir kanepe olabilirdi. İlanda bulunuyor mu hatırlamıyorum ama oda girişin altında, bunu bilin. App.te bulunan QR oda kapısını açmadı, ama arka ana giriş kapısında kart oluşturabileceğiniz bir makine bulunuyor.

Clean room, nice location. Bad customer support, not user-friendly mobile app.
Pros:

My room was nice, clean, and as expected. I may have been lucky though because other reviews mention quite a few issues.

The bed was fine and comfortable.

The bathroom was clean.

The "hotel" is also in a really good location, close to the Palace and city center.

If there was better customer support instead of the annoying mobile app, this would be a 9/10 experience.

Cons:

The check-in was not smooth.

There is no human support at the hotel.

The Vanderapp mobile app can cause issues that will take time to fix (they assume that you can call a foreign number and that you never run out of battery).
If you have issues during the check-in or the check-out or early in the morning or late at night, this can ruin your holidays.

The check-in and check-out were a 2/10 experience because of the mobile app and the lack of human support.

They also require you to take out your trash. I did not cook and I did not have any trash but this can be weird for others.

There is no breakfast, not a problem for me though.

To sum it up, my room was 9/10 and I was satisfied. The check-in and the Vanderapp app were not smooth experiences though and they can really ruin your day.

Beautiful building, located in the best area of the city full of shops, coffees and markets
Super close from the main center by public transport
The room was perfect, clean and really comfortable
We had a small problem with the heat but as soon as we contacted the staff they came immediately the day after
