Pros:

Sehr alte etwas herunter gekommene Zimmer und auch direkt an der Straße sehr laut und hellhörig. Die Wasserleitungen waren so laut, dass ich bei jeder Spülung des Nachbarn wach geworden bin.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch vielseitig und man konnte schon um 6.30 zum frühstücken kommen. War für die Ausflüge sehr gut, da sie meistens sehr früh begannen.

Convenient spot with attentive staff
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff and a nice breakfast. We stayed here the night before and the night after doing the W-trek in Torres del Paine, and they allowed us to store extra luggage in a store room in between. Very good to have staffing at all hours for our late arrival and early departures.

Cons:

The rooms could have been bigger, and the bathrooms were a little run down/outdated. Got a good night's sleep though.

El tamaño de la habitación era muy bueno y las camas muy cómodas. El personal muy amable y siempre muy atentos. La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca del centro y de la costanera.
