Confortable 4-star choice in Nashville/Franklin area
Pros:

Great room sizes, lots of space - nice bar and breakfast ok. Big area for parking. Confy beds and showers. close driving distance to downtown Franklin and Brentwood.

Parking could be complimentary; Service at the restaurant could be a bit better;

Not a hotel for repeat stay. Many options in the area.
Pros:

Staff, location, lobby were great. Shower needs attention. The shower head was stuck on setting and would not move. Shower floor needed to be cleaned. Our view was of the roof. Next time we will stay in another hotel in the area. Overall okay but would not recommend.

Great Hotel and Club (when open)
Pros:

The location and arrangement of this hotel is very good. The hotel has a steady businesslike feel to the lobby. Live music at the bar was a nice touch. I enjoyed my upgraded room and access to the lounge which was exceptional. The only mysterious thing is that the lounge not only suspends service on the weekend (which is normal) it goes into complete lockdown from allowing access to coffee, water, sodas, etc. I'm not used to this at Hilton properties with clubs. Overall I will be back though.

My experience at the Hilton cool springs.
Pros:

I really like the location and the atmosphere.

Cons:

Not having a microwave in the room or on the same floor you room is located on.

Pros:

Very kind stuff specially the waitress Betzy she is very sweet and efficient. I loved the hotel I would definitely go back and stay there.
