Great breakfast and breakfast area. Live the fire pit
Let me start with Tabitha at the front desk was fabulous and so helpful and friendly from the get go. She knows customer service. The woman the next morning, complete opposite. I loved that you offered several various discounts for the different places within the hotel despite not capitalizing on any of them this stay. The pool and hot tub area was awesome and I enjoyed it being free of small children after 10. The hotel/casino was clean and free of smoke. I cannot complain about that. Overall it was a great stay and I believe we will be back.
Like I previously stated the stay was great but there were a few small things that could have been slightly improved on. This stay was the first time out of a dozen times coming to the area that we used the trolly. While it was nice and convenient and warm and drivers were friendly, the staff within the hotel said it ran at 13 and 43 of every hour. That proved to be false and we sat outside freezing our tushies for nearly 45 minutes waiting and could have walked it 3 times easy it was cold and windy as to why we chose not to. One other thing that was a little disappointing and probably because we were slightly under the weather was that the construction on the building was very loud and disruptive to rest come the morning. I feel the price could have better reflected the inconvenience of its disturbance.

We had a good dinner in the casino.
We couldn't find the entrance to the hotel. It turned out we had to take an elevator in the casino to the second floor where the registration desk was located.
Restaurant choices were good and reasonably priced
Checking in and out, not friendly desk people, more interested in their phone and talking to other people.never told us about any amenities such as breakfast hours or if they had a pool. Went for breakfast five minutes late and were rudely informed it was closed. Spending 300 a night expect more

Не понравилось что номер очень маленький. В номере нет микроволновой печи. Холодильник очень очень маленький. Нет даже кофе машины. В душе не было кондиционера для волос.
Nice clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location
bathrooms need updating, breakfast was not good. food was cold and not much of it.
They have a good breakfast, beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff is very nice. And they have good restaurants and a casino right downstairs.
The chair in our room was on rollers so when i sat down to put on my shoes the chair rolled out from under me lol.
Very clean and nice staff.
Being charged $15 per night parking fee. Was parked out on an open parking lot. How do you charge people who park there when they’re spending the day gambling?
