Big and clean room, very good location in the heart of the gothic quarter. This hotel feels pretty upscale, and the breakfast buffet is very good
Limited breakfast hours, only 2h from 8AM to 10AM. Should start earlier and finish later
The staff were nice and friendly with expertise in their field. They knew were to direct me when I asked for suggestions and they were right on point. Daniel was helpful I can’t remember the more names but Jazmin was also nice and friendly. The fact that they all mentioned my birthday really made me feel special

Excellent location in the hustle and bustle of the city with plenty of restaurants and bars close by and easy access to the metro.
The quality of the rooms are superb with facilities and high quality bathroom with an excellent shower with products and disposables to make your stay every bit comfortable.
The wardrobe has bathrobes and slippers also an iron and hairdryer and towels that are excellent.
And the quality of the breakfast is extremely high with an assortment of hot and cold choices.
This hotel has won me over and I will return to stay here again.
There is outdoor noise from the nightlife and earplugs are provided.

Easy location. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean.
Rooms were small. A lot of noise from the outside. Doors to hallways are thin so also a lot of bleed from any loud hotel guests.

There was nothing to massively dislike at the hotel.
Minor issue with fruit flies at breakfast but this was really minor, it did not impact our stay.
