Schade, dass es weder Unterführung, Fussgänger Übergang noch eine Brücke gibt’s
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, especially with a front desk staff member named C’zarina. During check-in, I politely asked if she could help speed things up because our Uber had arrived. Instead of assisting, she just stared at me without typing and repeatedly blamed the “slow computer.”
Then, out of nowhere, she accused me of “yelling,” even though I wasn’t raising my voice at all. When my partner came downstairs, she actually started shouting “calm down” at me, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Such a shock. She even wrote her name on a card and told me to go ahead and report her — as if tourists have no way to stand up for our rights.
I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, and I’ve never encountered staff this rude or hostile. Her behaviour was so irrational and confrontational that it made me genuinely question whether she is fit to work in hospitality. As an Asian guest, the way she treated me felt targeted and deeply uncomfortable, and I am concerned there may have been an element of bias. This experience really overshadowed my stay. I hope management takes this seriously and improves front desk service.
They refused to issue an invoice, even though they are required to do so according to their agreement with Booking.com. I tried to contact them several times without success. Even the Booking.com customer service team was unable to obtain an invoice on my behalf. Very poor service!

Came for business, the rooms were cleaned almost daily, and the kitchenette was fairly furnished. Got locked out of my room the first night, and had to wait an hour before the manager arrived to help get the room reopened. The room cleaning crew took a pot from the room that I had been using, and never replaced it. Later they put a cast-iron pan of mine into the wash, eliminating its coat and causing it to rust before I even got back to my room; however the management talked to them so at least it didn’t happen again. The shuttles were very unreliable except for Ms. Jacque.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Ms. Jaqui, the morning shuttle driver at TownPlace Suites Las Vegas on Dean Martin Drive. She’s the definition of friendly and professional! Every morning she greets guests with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and the kind of positive energy that makes you feel like family before you even have your coffee.
It is satisfing to always be welcome by receptionist: Ash! She is a sweetheart! Always willing to help and accommodate when needed!! She is a great asset to Hilton! Thank you for all you do!!
Perfect location for our stay
Was a great stay, but what truly made my trip was the shuttle driver Ms. Jacque she was amazing & such a sweetheart. & very helpful. I definitely would stay again.
The hotel was a great stay ! Ms. Jacque was absolutely hilarious, she was a great shuttle driver who brought us from the airport to the hotel. Hope to come back soon
