Amazing staff & services
Pros:

The staff were amazing, and the breakfast was good with a great variety. The location is very central, with coffee shops nearby if you wish to grab something outside the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel desperately needs a refresh, especially considering the price. For what you pay, it feels a bit overpriced for the overall condition.

Not good at all only good is the breakfast

No help with the luggage movement during check out
Not a convenient room setting with two wings to stay and going into a different wing for breakfast
Lift taking to floor above 13 is bad and takes very long time as only one lift t.

The hotel and facilities were superb, as was security
Not a great deal to do in the area outside the hotel though and the streets and pavements were shocking
