Very comfortable, but the food service is odd.
Pros:

New, spacious, modern hotel

Cons:

Apparently with breakfast to take out you cannot order boiled eggs and bacon or sausage. There’s one option and that is a veggie sandwich!!!??? Come again!
My tea time cheesecake had not fully thawed out … what a disappointment!

Extremely spacious rooms with separate luggage rooms with shelves, jacuzzi and huge floor space in washroom and bed area.

Pros:

Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gross, Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und lecker, Bar hat tolle Drinks und tolle Snacks, Zimmerservice auch super. Lage für uns in Westlands sehr gut gelegen. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Hotel was ok, but I wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Large room with a bath tub. Front lobby is nice and cozy.

Dining options are ok. Hotel has a revolving restaurant at the top.

Cons:

1. Check in wasnt smooth.
2. Noise at night from the club across the street makes windows in the room vibrate and create noise.
3. Electricity went out a few times. Once I stuck inside the elevator with no lights and no air flow for 20 minutes!
