Assign different nationality in the the Management position ,there are qualified Saudis similar to IHG hotels !

King room are small
G.M & Manager of reception carry the same nationality , and always not available to hear about some negative issues and never call back when leaving request or massage !!
Some of the Saudi staff doing excellent job .
