Nice , clean and great location
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we were there for. The very lively lady, Ms Theresa, that check us in was very welcoming very friendly and just made us feel good about being there.

Cons:

The property was nice for the most part, the only thing is it needed new pillows. When we requested new pillows we were told there were none. With the exception of , Ms Theresa at check in, the remaining front desk staff was not friendly, acted as if we were a bother even gave us unfriendly looks of judgement with our LSU clothing on.

I was there for (Work) trip and it was close to the event that need to be at so very convenient
Pros:

The location was good. It was close to a lot of stuff like Walmart Dollar tree you have food areas around good location.

Cons:

The staff was excellent front desk, lady. I forgot her name. She was really good. She explained everything and just loved it.

Cons:

Ac didn’t work. Staff told me just keep turning on the breaker.
Manager calls next day and talking to other people in the background. Just rude and didn’t care

Pros:

Ryan was the front desk concierge that greeted us and got us checked in and he is exceptional, polite, well spoken, very helpful and all around awesome!

Stay on Airport Road, not here.
Pros:

Front desk staff were great

Cons:

Hotel is near no dining. Had to drive 7 miles to find dinner options.
Room was outdated. Faucet handle fell off sink and had to be put back on each use. Mirror mottled. Lamp rusted. Fridge dirty. Room was large and sofabed comfortable. Breakfast was heavily processed.

Too many other hotels in this location to ever stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok - could have had more variety.

Cons:

They put us on the first floor next to an outside exit door. There were plenty of other rooms available. People were going in and out of the door until midnight, then again starting at 4 am. It was a miserable night that was unnecessary.
