Court séjour avant la destination finale très agréable.
Pros:

En fait à part les lits nous n'avons utilisé aucun équipement. Le principal point positif est l'emplacement en bordure de rivière et du centre ville.

Best Staff ever at a hotel!!! We look forward to staying with Hilton Garden Inn - Fredricton
Pros:

WE unexpectedly left a few items of importance in our safe and realized after checking out. WE needed to get the items back as quickly as possible. The staff - especially Aika Ratra and Wilfred, and one other night manager were instrumental in assisting with expediting our documents / items to our next destination. They handled our situation as though it was their own items left behind. We can't thank them enough for their honesty and efficiency at helping us with this.

Very unreasonable pet fee
Cons:

The hotel advertised as being pet friendly however they did not mention that the cost is $70 for one night. Apparently they don't care if you're there one night or three nights, it's still $70.
Most hotels send a message through the booking app confirming the cost however this hotel waits to catch you at check-in when it's too late to change your plans.

Hotel was ok, but their breakfast set up, was absolutely terrible. I'll never stay there again.
Cons:

The breakfast selection was fixed meals, of which I did not like any at the menu.
It was very difficult to order a course I liked, with ad ons of the things I prefer as my morning meal.
It is the worst breakfast selection I've seen in hotels, on four continents, over more than 30 years as an international traveller.

Thank you to the amazing Brenda at the front desk
Pros:

I was booked across the street but couldn’t stay there due to the mold and smell along with the other issues. I thought I was stuck but while walking to dinner I walked into this hotel to see if they could accommodate last minute 2 night stay.

I was greeted by the most compassionate and friendly lady Brenda at the front desk. She immediately heard my concerns and accommodated my request. Brenda also went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. It’s like she felt bad that o lost a full night stay across the street and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable at her hotel which I was. Brenda doesn’t own the hotel but she acts with sincere care.

This hotel was perfect for me. It was clean and fresh and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Thank you Brenda for making me comfortable. I will stay here every time I am in Fredericton because of Brenda.

Great location, but falls short of the Hilton standard
Pros:

While the location of this Hilton Garden Inn is excellent—steps from local restaurants and the downtown square—the actual hotel experience was a letdown. The staff were unfriendly and lacked any sense of customer service. The guest room was dark, dreary, and the carpet had visible stains on it. Usually, staying at a Hilton property guarantees a certain level of cleanliness and service, but this location fell way short of that benchmark. There are other places to stay in the area with great locations; I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
