Overall good but service needs improvement
Pros:

Convenient location which metro right at the front of the hotel.
Rooms were really nice and breakfast was also very nice with a really good selection.
Hotel was overall clean and very modern.
The staff overall was polite and helpful.

Cons:

Stayed for 2 nights and I was expecting the rooms to be tidied/cleaned (of course not bedsheets or towels change on a daily basis) and rubbish bins to be emptied on a daily basis.
I was a bit surprised when I saw they don’t offer this kind of service unless you ask for it which I think is a very basic requirement for a hotel.
This is the first “Hampton by Hilton” and hotel in general that I see this policy. This was not mentioned to us up until we asked at the reception during our checkout.
Especially when you see cleaning staff scrolling on their phones in the corridors and there is not much sense of urgency to get the rooms cleaned is a bit odd.

Es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt und es wird auch nicht der letzte gewesen sein... Ich habe konstant gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Remek ár-érték arányú szálloda Frankfurt központjában
Pros:

Ismertük a szálloda láncot már más országból is, Skóciában is jó tapasztalatunk volt vele. Központi helyen lévő szálloda, pont a metró mellett. Remek ár-érték arány, kiváló reggeli, remek szoba, minden szuper volt, pár napra tökéletes!

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, late check-out bis 12 Uhr, sehr ruhig trotz Zimmer zur Straße, gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum(klein aber fein:)

Cons:

Das Rührei beim Frühstück scheint eher ein Ersatzprodukt zu sein, schade bei einem solchen Hotel.

Schöner Ort um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Pros:

Gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Lage.
Betten war sehr gut, geschlafen wie ein Baby.
Grosses Bad, Zimmergrösse tip top.
Gutes Frühstück, ruhig in der Nacht
Zu Fuss ist man in 30 min entlang vom Mainufer in die Innenstadt gelaufen.

Günstige und bequeme Übernachtung am Ostbahnhof.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit einem bequemen Bett ausgestattet, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Bei frühzeitiger Buchung ist das Hotel zudem zu einem guten Preis zu bekommen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut und ließ sich leider nicht abstellen. Das kostenlose W-LAN ist an die Mitgliedschaft im Kundenbindungsprogramm geknüpft.

Cons:

Jedoch musste man jeden Tag nach einzelnen Sachen zum Frühstück fragen, was nicht auf dem Buffet stand.
Auf dem Silikon im Duschbereich befanden bildete sich schon Schimmel

Pros:

Estaba limpio, cerca de la estación de metro y del rio

Cons:

La cama supletoria era muy incómoda, cuando lo dijimos en recepción nos dijeron que eran viejas. No se podía dormir, se clavaban todas las barras de hierro.
El desayuno muy mejorable. La máquina de zumos dispensaba agua que no se podía beber porque sabía a zumo. Pedimos un cepillo de dientes desechable y nos cobraron 1,50 euros. No nos había pasado nunca.
