Pros:

Breakfast was good, next to underground station and tram line was very close.
Although train tracks are across the road, the room was very quiet at night.

Cons:

The fact that none of the staff told us about REWE supermarket around the corner although we asked different staff members. WHY? Did they want to sell their own sweets, drinks and instant spaghetti in a cup to us?
Although front desk staff members were friendly, they couldn't help much with tourist information.
The room service lady forgot twice to supply our daily milk, tea and coffee.
In room 534 the space on the one side between the bed abd the wall us very tight and inconvenient.

Wir würden auch ein drittes Mal dort hingehen....
Pros:

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt.. daher kannten wir die Basics .. das Zimmer war sauber , das Bad geräumig.. das Frühstück gut .. alles wie beim letzten Mal auch ..daher haben wir es nochmal gebucht

Cons:

Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten ... und man hat sich entschieden uns ein Zimmer in direkter Aufzugnähe.. zur Straße hin ... im zweiten Stock .. fast über dem Hoteleingang zu geben .. also bei gekippten Fenster ... na ja .. wenn das von der Leitung so entschieden wurde, dass das von über 100 Zimmern ein ruhiges ist... da wurden wir in anderen Hotels halt schon deutlich anders platziert .. (aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ging es nachts)

μασ εδωσαν δωματιο με θεα σε τοιχο διπλα σε σιδηροδρομο στο 2 οροφο. λεγετε οτι εαν κλεισησ με την booking σου δεινουν πισω δωματια .ισχυει.

im Großen & Ganzen trotzdem ganz okay
Pros:

Frühstück:
- Rührei aus Eipulver,
- Obstsalat nur jeden 2. Tag & auch nicht selber gemacht,
- Kartoffelsalat auch nicht selber frisch gemacht,
- kaum Vollkornbrot/-brötchen
- für Tee übergießen Tasse nur halbvoll, Automat schlecht eingestellt

Cons:

das nur 1 duchgängige Zudecke war, 2 einzelne Decken wären mir lieber gewesen
