Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super Lage für alle Liebhaber des ÖPNV, trotzdem ruhig. Alles sehr sauber, in allen Bereichen sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein tolles Frühstücksangebot. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent location, quiet rooms, and great breakfast
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Its location right next to Ostbahnhof makes it extremely convenient for anyone arriving in Frankfurt by train. The U6 underground line is also just outside the entrance, with the Zoo only one stop away and Hauptwache just three stops away.

Despite being so close to both the train station and the underground, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. The room had excellent soundproofing, which ensured a comfortable and restful stay. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed.

The breakfast was excellent and very filling, with a wide variety of options available. There was a great selection of cheeses, breads, waffles, croissants, meatballs, eggs, and more. We also appreciated the availability of vegan choices, such as soy-based meatballs, making the breakfast suitable for different dietary preferences.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Cons:

A small refrigerator in the room would have been a nice addition. We also couldn't completely turn off the air conditioning and could only adjust the temperature, although this may have been specific to our room. Additionally, we found the mattresses a little firmer than our personal preference.

Pros:

E' la seconda volta che siamo ospiti di questo hotel e ci siamo trovati sempre bene. Staff disponibile, camere molto pulite con letti comodi e silenziose. Ottima la colazione, dolce e salata, un po' scarsa la frutta. Vicinissimo alla metro e bus. Siamo spesso a Francoforte e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der U-Bahn, zwei Stationen bis zur Innenstadt, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Mainufer, wo man schön spazieren gehen kann.
Moderne Ausstattung, bequemes „Haupt“-Bett, begehbare Dusche. Große Handtücher.
Frühstück ganz gut mit eigentlich fast allem, was das Herz begehrt (sehr nettes Personal dort).
Bis auf das Zimmer alles kinderwagenfreundlich.
Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Tiefgarage relativ teuer (30 €/Tag) - wir hatten Glück und haben einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Tür bekommen.
Personal an der Rezeption könnte ein wenig aufmerksamer sein.
Es fehlt an Stauraum im Zimmer, im Bad kaum Ablagemöglichleiten und es fehlen Handtuchhaken.
Schlafcouch unbequem, man liegt fast „auf dem Boden“.
Leider auch Teppichboden.
Safe hat nicht funktioniert.
Wurstauswahl beim Frühstück war nicht so unser Fall, Buffetraum wird schnell voll und die Leute drängen sich.

Im großen und ganzen gut. Die Auslegware in den Fluren könnte mal erneuert werden. Sah nicht mehr so gut aus.

Sehr gute Lage, gleich neben UBahn

Cons:

Frühstücksraum war dem Ansturm nicht gewachsen. Große Gruppe musste zum gleichen Zeitpunkt los, großer Stau am büffet, kein Besteck, Stau am kaffeeautomat. Am 2. Tag sehr entspannt und gute Auswahl.
