Walking distance from lots of activities/food

Cons:

The indoor pool was extremely small, but worked well for the kids. The staff member in charge of cleaning/shutting down the pool was very rude and tried to close the pool 30 minutes early because she wanted to clean earlier. Staff member then proceeded to sit in the pool area and watch everyone while they were swimming after we complained.

The Hilton Garden Inn Aksarben was so welcoming and really allowed my family to enjoy the stay. The building is so beaut
Pros:

I loved how welcoming it was from the moment we walked in. You can tell the people take pride in keeping the building clean.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have in making it even better is cleaning the elevator in the parking garage. There was an odor in there.

It served the purpose for us to visit a dying relative, but was really nothing special.
Pros:

I think there should be a free breakfast included with the stay, even if it was simple. The breakfast we paid for, was not great.

Cons:

I think for paying for a room that was $220, that there could be some breakfast amenities included.

Cons:

The room had a mini-fridge which was nice to have to keep some soft drinks cold. However a previous guest must have used the fridge to store their marijuana as any time we opened the fridge door a strong odor filled the room. Luckily it went away if we kept the door closed.
