Great location in a very walkable area close to restaurants. It was easy to drive to shopping areas.
Pros:

The main areas were up to date, the staff was friendly and there was free printing from the business area for guests. The main areas of the room seemed very clean. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

There was a bit of staining at the corners of the shower in the hard to clean areas. The rest of the room seemed very clean though.

Perfect stay and location!
Pros:

Loved the friendly staff and the welcoming environment. Everyone working was very helpful when we needed something. I would love to stay here again!

Pros:

We chose this location to be close to the venue for our concert. The village looked great and had I not been on crutches we would have explored it. The young girl who checked us in close to midnight was really welcoming and helpful. I wish we could name her and give her recognition, because no one else matched her customer service. (*Look her up, Hilton.). We at a meal at the bar, which was very good.

Cons:

The only strange thing was the bathroom door. I love the sliding barn door trend, but this is the first one I've seen that doesn't close completely, so the bathroom isn't 'sound-proof'.... Just a heads-up :)

Didn’t get to stay so nothing

Cons:

I had a reservation to stay at this hotel and when we got there after over an hour of standing at the counter they could not find our reservation despite showing them the reservation email. They then said we could make a new reservation as they had a room available but could then not get the system to create a new reservation. I was told I could get a refund for the room. I am still waiting for the refund.
