Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I arrived around noon and the young lady at the front desk was able to help me with an early check in.

Cons:

At time of booking I was asked if I was traveling with a pet that was not a service animal. I clicked yes, however, I wasn’t made aware of an additional pet fee until after arrival. The fee was unexpected, but the hotel was very pet friendly and the staff as well. I would travel with my pet here again.

Comfortable stay in Victorville
Pros:

The room was large, clean and the staff were very accommodating

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was very loud and breakfast options were limited.

Pros:

So nice! Big room, good price. Heated inside-pool. The tv had Netflix and other streaming-services. We extended our stay with one night. Nice and helpful staff.
