Staff was great very helpful and welcoming. Great location.
Pros:

Great location , valet parking was great easy to use, staff was amazing. Breakfast was alright nothing fancy or anything, need diet drink options in the hotel store for ppl who are diabetic.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Staff was helpful and nice. Location was good within walking distance to the Alamo and the riverwalk without the noise of it.

Cons:

Property has aged greatly since the pictures were taken. Rooms were small and crowded with furniture. The walls are paper thin. Could hear the other rooms conversations and other activities very clearly. Actually had to ask for a room change because our child could hear too. Breakfast was very minimal the 4 days we were there. Pool area didn’t have enough lounge chairs and the cushioned couches were full of debris.

It was fine. Wish there was better parking

Asked for my room to be cleaned and it never was over my stay. I even got out of my room for two hours to give them the opportunity but they must have forgot

good hotel, good location but bad parking.
Pros:

the location was nice and the room was very clean.

Cons:

the parking situation was kinda rough. having to valet and request your car enough in advance to be able to leave by the time you needed to was really frustrating. the valet workers did their best but having only a couple people for a whole hotel worth and the parking obviously pretty far away for them to run to made it really hard to leave when you wanted to.
also the elevators weren’t very steady and would jump up and down or get stuck for a minute pretty often.

Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying. The 1st time was amazing. This 2nd time was subpar. The valet took forever in taking my vehicle and there were several other guests waiting for their requested vehicle. The valet people were neither rude nor polite but rather indifferent and annoyed about being there. It's been 2 business days since I checked out and I still haven't received my $100 security deposit in which we weren't advised prior to our stay that it was needed. Also, paying the security deposit in cash wasn't an option either. Which is extremely inconvenient since I am always concerned about the security deposits not being reimbursed via debit/credit cards. The sign-in for the "free" wifi is extremely inconvenient and honestly unnecessary. Lastly, considering the price of the stay, one would think there would be smart TVs in every room to be able to use streaming services like netflix, Hulu, HBO max, etc., but there isnt. Honestly I wouldn't say that third time is the charm, I will be staying at other locations. I'm still waiting for the security deposit. If I don't receive it, I will be taking action.
