Our second stay at this location. First stay was great, second stay a year later not so great. Location is great and walkable to all the excitement's. They do have valet or you can park with the city of SA. Breakfast is a typical Tru breakfast spread. They have complementary water to hydrate. Staff friendly and inviting. Rooms are clean. Concerns with the stay, I emailed and texted the GM Charles and no responses. As a Gold member with multiple stays at Hilton, I have never not been contacted back. The pool should have been closed. It was not working , water was not circulating, it was stagnate, some got in and said I can’t see my feet, parents would scoop out the things floating so kids could get in. It should have been closed, it was a health hazard. It needs to be properly maintained for the health and safety of the people who trust and choose Hilton to stay. Do better
I had an issue with reservations and Shelby and Heather help me resolve this issue. They were so patient and understanding. They listened and resolve, and made me and my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable.

This hotel website says "Valet Parking $35". There is no parking, nor an apron in which to temporarily park one's car when checking in. I got in at 11 pm and it was dark. Kind of a dirty seedy location. There is a sign outside the entrance that instructs guests to park there for "valet parking", but it was blocked by a car so I parked down the street, put my hazards on, got a luggage cart, unloaded all my stuff, schlepped it in to the front desk, told the attendant I was checking in and asked about valet. It was then I was told, "You have to do it on your phone". A third party parking app is NOT valet parking. I do not pay for things, anything, via my phone. I do not use apps for parking, or for anything. So I had to cancel my reservation at 11 pm, because I had nowhere to park, load all my stuff back into my car in the dark with tweakers lurking about, and find another place to stay. If you offer parking via an app say THAT. Saying you offer valet parking is a lie and it grossly inconvenienced me. Diamond member.
Everyone was polite very attentive. Hospitality was superb. Will be staying here again in the near future. Thanks to everyone here at Tru. Appreciate you guys making my stay comfortable

The resort was perfect for us, as it was centrally located, which allowed to walk to all of our destinations. Clean and we'll kept. Breakfast was an added benefit.
You must valet park, but since walking was our plan, that did not matter. Riverwalk and Alamodome were our destinations.
Conveniently located! We booked this hotel to attend the AC/DC concert and it is within walking distance to the venue. No hassle with traffic. The rooms were clean, breakfast had a great selection and the staff was very polite and professional. No issues whatsoever! Made our trip memorable.

Parking might be an issue just getting to self parking. Some street were confusing to get there
Check in
There is no parking at this facility and no where in the booking did it speak about that, to make matters worse the haphazard Valet service you had would not park a dually(again not mentioned). So we had to park in a paid parking there accrossed the street. Saturday when we went to our Truck to put our bags in before going to work at the convention center for the day low and behold our tail lights had been stolen out of our truck($953.26) worth of tail lights. No I am not satisfied with my stay, the cost or the ammenities what so ever.........
