Stayed in that hotel almost once or twice every week. Never discounted/ No reward /no appreciation, nothing. Even contacted to general manager but no response, unprofessional

Awful. My son’s birthday was ruined and we left because the WiFi did not work.

Cons:

BEWARE! The manager will use anything against you to not correct a mistake on their end. They charged me twice, I was upset, and she said she wouldn’t refund me because I hung up the phone. She asked if I could understand ENGLISH! Petty, unprofessional people.
