Proximity to many things
We are midway through our stay and thus far- we are more than impressed.. excellent customer service and attention to detail on every part of the stay. nice clean rooms and Romica at the front desk was more than helpful and friendly in getting our stay sorted out. Romica made us feel like long lost friends who came for a visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 for customer service. We can’t wait to see what the next half of our stay has in store for us, but we are confident in Romica ‘s ability to make sure we are well attended to.
Location, value for money
We live around the corner from Aloft and frequent the bar/restaurant a few times a month. We were horrified when Romica approached us, she was twitching, angry and emphatic, “You’re not staying in hotel! You shouldn’t be here!” I reassured her we would buy something to eat and drink and she still insisted we leave the property! I don’t know what she’s on, but she scared my son and some of the other guests. Disappointing :(

Clean, modern, well laid out. Rooms are bright and have an interesting decorative esthetic. The room I had was quiet. Beds were on the soft side-not great for everyone.
All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Parking is free!

I lioke the location, the parking and the Chiken wings dinner I had 2 days in a row.
The shower, unfortunately, I was given a room for a disabled person and it did not have a Wall shower. I did not understand why I was given that room. The second thing I did not like was there was no variety of food at the so called restaurant. So Aloft needs to work on that. Either make it a restaurant with a varitey of food or nothing.
