Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal, das auch Familien mitdenkt.
Wir hatten ein ruhiges und großzügiges Zimmer, sogar mit Außenjalousien.
Gutes Frühstück, wie man es von HIEX gewohnt ist.

Radfahrer unerwünscht??
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Ein Armutszeugnis ist es jedoch, dass Radfahrer ihr Rad im Freien abstellen müssen.Es ist kein Regenschutz vorhanden und die Stromanschlüsse zum laden von E Bikes fehlen auch.

Sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt, musste aufgrund der Hitze nachts um 2:30 umziehen, das neue Zimmer war genauso aufgeheizt und die Klima war nicht vollständig funktionsfähig. Hinzu kommt das der Fernseher nicht ging.
Frühstück war sehr sporadisch, nicht mal Obstsalat

Für uns leider zu unruhig
Pros:

Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nette Ausstattung weswegen wir es gebucht hatten. Frühstücksbuffet war gut und genügend.

Cons:

Bei unserer Buchung aber leider nicht bedacht, dass das Hotel in der Mitte von Waiblingen liegt. Somit hatten wir eine sehr unruhige Nacht.

Alles bestens! Waschlappen im Bad/WC wären noch ein i-Tüpfelchen gewesen.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und von allem immer genügend vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich - auch als wir mitten in der Nacht nicht wussten wie wir in die Tiefgarage gelangen, erhielten wir eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Information! :-)
