I would stay here again - clean, comfortable rooms and a good hot breakfast.

Excellent room, excellent hotel, excellent staff—I couldn’t ask for more!

Clean rooms, great breakfast, great staff.

Cons:

Our hair conditioner ran out after I used it so I had to call down and request another bottle while my daughter waited in the shower. They did apologize and come up very quickly, but those should be checked each time a room is cleaned.

Pros:

Very nice facility with modern decor and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast is outstanding, and the staff keeps everything fresh and clean. Really enjoyed the stay!

Cons:

A few times had to wait for the desk attendant to show up.

Pros:

Had trouble with the check-in. The person at the desk could not find my reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com reservation for two nights. I had originally had a one night reservation but changed it to two nights. After I left the desk to find a way to contact Hotels.com I was called back to the desk. She could not find my 2 night stay but could find my 1 night stay. She booked me in and charged the extra night. I went to my room and contacted Hotels.com. The lady that took my information said she would handle the situation and she did. She called the Hampton Inn front desk and straightened out the situation - put me back on the Hotels.com (2 day station)

Great overall staff through and through wonderful housekeepers very nice housekeepers
Pros:

The rooms are very big. The bathrooms are very spacious. The breakfast was very great. It was clean. It was quiet. I will most certainly be back.

Cons:

The only suggestion that I would suggest would be some form of signs to main entry because I came in from the back side so I assume your entrance was the pool area, which is crazy right I know, but I didn’t realize until I was at the pool door that that was not the main entry so maybe signs directing where the main entry is.
