Was a lot of work to get to the room. Seemed like a lot of effort to be on vacation

Pros:

The rooms are clean. Pillows suck, mediocre customer service, and terrible valet program. Not sure why there’s only 1 person working vale during peak check-in and out times…. Took us 20 minutes to be able to even pull into the e valet lane and 15-20 minutes to get our car from valet when needing to leave. Book this place if you enjoy crackhead entertainment and a stroll through pikes place… the Seattle experience. It was close to climate pledge so that was nice for the kraken game. Idk… it was like a disappointing date. Looked great online but sucked in person.

Thanks For a fun NYE experience!
Pros:

A group of friends and my wife I attended a New Year’s Eve event at The Fog Room and stayed overnight, and we are so happy with our decision. From Scott at valet who handled two exceptionally busy shifts back to back by himself with kindness and promptness, to the staff at Fog Room who helped any way they could to make sure the busy party was a fun and easy experience, to the gentleman associate on check-out who went out of his way to get my wife a coffee from the 16th floor when he noticed that the dispenser in the lobby was empty, this team handled the chaotic 12 hours of NYE with class and professionalism. The party was lively with champagne provided by Taittinger, excellent DJs from beginning to end. And in the morning, the same space looked like nothing had ever happened. Security was kind and diligent. Our room was spacious and clean with extraordinary storage space and sweeping views of the city. Round of applause for all involved. We hope to do it again next year.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para movilizarse por el centro y los alrededores. El personal nos ayudó con nuestras dudas y las habitaciones fueron adecuadas para tres personas. El desayuno es variado sobre menú. Tienen un bar donde atienden muy bien y tienen una carta interesante de comidas y bebidas.

Cons:

Cuando reservé la habitación mencionaba que el desayuno estaba incluído. El hotel te entrega unos bonos que debes presentar para recibir un descuento pero igual había un costo que pagar.

Great location but very hard beds
Pros:

My husband and I went up to Seattle to explore the city and go to a hockey game. I was really excited to find this hotel because I love the Hilton brand and it was very close to Pikes Place Market. I also liked that they had a bar so we could get drinks before heading to bed. The hotel didn't have much of a lobby and so we felt we were always in the way while waiting to check in. The room was very nice and I liked that the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom. The one thing we didn't like was the bed. I was very hard and by the third night we didn't get very much sleep because of the pain it caused our bodies. The bar was also a disappointment. We went to the bar upstairs and was met by a rude host, however, the bartenders were great. The food and drinks are very spendy, including the ones on the happy hour menu but the bartenders were very helpful. Because of the bed, we probably wont stay again.
