Decadent Hotel with great location!
Pros:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu's were great, feel there could have been a larger variety of meals, perhaps risotto or pasta offering... however we enjoyed the meals and also the tapas plates in the Fog Room.

Nice but could've been better

I love the design and location of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, so that is very appreciated.

Cons:

My bed was a little concave on the side by the lamp, which is where I assume most people lay. Time to flip he mattress! Our only issue was with the restaurant. There were never enough servers, the wait time was awful, the food wasn't so great. We were given three separate redeemable cards for $25 to use at the restaurant but we were to instructed how to use them. We were not told if you buy one muffin with the card, the whole value of the card is used up, so its better to buy as much s you can with the $25, or something explanation to that effect. I think the front desk staff could've been nice and better at explaining things, like where things are located, or that there will be a wait in the morning for breakfast, so come early.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time we got a city view. The second time our view was of the parking garage.
Pros:

The hotel inside is very clean and beautiful.

Cons:

I don’t like that they don’t have a self parking area. The parking garage next door charges an arm and a leg for parking and the only way to get parking through the hotel is to pay for valet parking.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Music in the top floor restaurant was too loud for our liking. Hard to have a conversation. That problem will most likely be solved when the ground floor restaurant opens later this week.
