The location and room were terrific. The rest needs to be improved.
Pros:

I liked the room and the location.

Cons:

I was overcharged by more than $100. I was told at checkout that it would come off of the final bill, but I had to pay it in it's entirety to check out. When I reviewed my final bill that arrived via email, it was not removed.

The restaurant food service was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours for a baked potato. WHen it finally arrived, it was cold, and the melted cheese had congealed. The others at my table waited almost as long as I did for burgers. We were a table of 6.

Pros:

The staff were so thoughtful and courteous, from the front desk to the valet to the lounge, and housekeeping was prompt when asked for a special request.

The location close to Pike Place Market and public transit was exceptional.

Cons:

Even the weather was bright and sunny with mild temperatures--not the Seattle we have visited in the past. Our stay could not have been more perfect.

Hotel at great location, offering good coverage of Seattle but questionable service
Pros:

Good location, questionable service. Food below par usually. Ate once dinner and never again. Staff using all elevators causing massive jams to get up to the room. Front desk very good vs overall feel as lifetime loyal member I find this below par vs other hotels across the world

Decadent Hotel with great location!
Pros:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu's were great, feel there could have been a larger variety of meals, perhaps risotto or pasta offering... however we enjoyed the meals and also the tapas plates in the Fog Room.

Nice but could've been better

I love the design and location of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, so that is very appreciated.

Cons:

My bed was a little concave on the side by the lamp, which is where I assume most people lay. Time to flip he mattress! Our only issue was with the restaurant. There were never enough servers, the wait time was awful, the food wasn't so great. We were given three separate redeemable cards for $25 to use at the restaurant but we were to instructed how to use them. We were not told if you buy one muffin with the card, the whole value of the card is used up, so its better to buy as much s you can with the $25, or something explanation to that effect. I think the front desk staff could've been nice and better at explaining things, like where things are located, or that there will be a wait in the morning for breakfast, so come early.
