Pros:

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Music in the top floor restaurant was too loud for our liking. Hard to have a conversation. That problem will most likely be solved when the ground floor restaurant opens later this week.

Cons:

The room was well kept but lacked quietness and the main room entrance door let in a lot of light at night. We could often hear the elevator chime and doors slam throughout out the night. Also, the back of the hotel has absolutely horrible views out the window, it’s a parking garage which can be noisy too. This made think, this room should be cheaper by all means.

Other than this particular housekeeper, everything was somewhat OK
Pros:

Cons:

Everything was great, except for one overly aggressive, male housekeeper that seem to be very eager to enter the sauna and steam room into the women’s bathroom regardless of anyone being present also 30 minutes prior to check out the same staff decided to enter our room, regardless of the do not disturb sign

Great location but definitely not worth the price I paid to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The location was great. We only had one night in Seattle and it was a short walk to Pike Place Market. The lobby was clean, and the spa/steam room was a nice amenity to be able to use after a long day of travel.

Cons:

Our room was really dirty. There were two robes in the closet, which is always a nice perk at hotels, but one robe had a hole in it and the other had a piece of hair (not mine) stuck to it and makeup stains. The shower was also dirty (hair on the floor) and it smelled like mold. Part of the windows in our room, which was an upgraded corner unit, also looked out to a dirty parking structure. The pillows were very uncomfortable as was the bed.

Perfect for a stay of any length
Pros:

Centrally located, very clean, exceptionally quiet room.

Cons:

No view out the window (parking garage), but it didn’t matter as we were gone from sun up to sundown, although it would have been nice

The area was walking distance to lot of places…hotel was nice.
Pros:

The staff and security was very friendly and helpful.
Nieka at the front desk was so very nice and pleasant early in the morning…such a gem!!
The Fog room for dining was very nice, food delicious and the view beautiful….was nice to see Mary the waitress as we met in November at our stay there.
