The staff was great. The bartender was very friendly and talkative if you wanted to chat. Pool was an excellent temperature. Very convenient location.
I paid for breakfast during the booking thinking there was a restaurant or continental breakfast. Breakfast ended up being a convenience section where I grabbed a bagel and scone and a couple drinks for $20. That was disappointing.

For the overpriced room I paid for the quality to price ratio is very bad .
Reception rude and never pick up the phone .
Especially one receptionist, her reply about every of my grievances is : I am only working here , I can't change anything , take it with the company.
Went back to my room at 7 pm , it was not made up and housekeeping never came , I called the reception, that's the only time they ever pick the phone , the answer we are very busy that's why no house keeping was done.
The complementary coffee tastes like colored water .
Maybe I have the Dubai standard , but this hotel for the price we paid is a totally bad experience.
It's a highway motel that suddenly gets important because of the world cup and approximation to the match stadium.

The location is fairly close to the stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was a little small but still nice to cool off. The pool table was very fun for the kids.
It would be nice if they had a restaurant, but there were quite a few in the buildings next door that were walkable.

Colorful, modern style lobby and rooms. Well kept gym and pool area. Overall, nice place to stay for the price.
Hotel wouldn't allow me to use my Cashapp Visa to pay. It is an FDIC insured account that collects interest in savings just like any other bank account. Backed by Wells Fargo. So I don't understand. I get why they dont accept cashapp transfers for payment. But to not accept the debit card is ridiculous. I can buy a car or house with that card but not book a hotel? Come on. Get with it guys.

Check out was noon but house keeping knocked on our door at 9am while we were still sleeping and before could even get up to answer the door they just came on in
