Nice place convenient location for me. Fair price

The staffwas nice but not the manager kim spoke to us in a very nasty way has no respect for the staf and public was not nice would not stay there the shower did not work well door can't close bed sank in the middle bad experience for us would not stay there no more

The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Everything was fine except the bathtub was clogged

Breakfast staff was awesome. She brought out fresh hot homemade biscuits and went to each table offering them to everyone. She made sure everyone got something to eat even if she had to go in the back to make something else. Front desk was just as nice and knew our names the whole weekend. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed in the room they gave me wasn't changed and when I opened the sheets they were all wrinkled !
I called downstairs and they gave me another room.
The breakfast options were OK but seriously lacking fruits.

Had a great stay at Home2Suites Lake George. Very convenient location. Staff are all nice.

Only downside, we missed twice the road and ended up at Sunoco 😁…. Oh and the hidden cricket in the bathroom

But overall it was a good stay and recommended specially for pet owners

The staff is amazing!

We like the Home 2Suites because of the kitchenette. All other Home 2Suites have been exceptionally clean. However, the room we had, the kitchen and bathroom floors were covered with hair and other debris. The carpeted area was covered with debris. Housekeeping did come in to vacuum and map. The edges were still dirty. I loaded the dishwasher with all the dishes before we left. I had to wash dishes before I could use them. The glasses had lipstick on them.

I never go barefoot in hotel rooms, regardless of how clean they appear.

I'm hoping this is a one-time lapse.

The best for family for kids

Christine is great. She made the kids busy during breakfast. That was great. Great staff in the morning

Traveled with kids for a long weekend and our stay was wonderful. Hotel staff from the Christy who made all the breakfast and also surprised the kids with a Easter egg hunt to The young man who did the overnight shift was just great and gave one of the best customer service I have ever had at a home 2 suit. The entire family had a good time and ready to plan out return trip.

Canceled

I like the set up of our room. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. There was also a large sleep sofa and pull-out dining table.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Our bedding had hair on it when we turned the bed down, we had housekeeping and the supervisor responded immediately and changed all of the linens, which was acceptable. Breakfast staff extremely polite and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was very spacious and had amazing perks for the price we paid for the room. I would definitely return and highly recommend this location to others.
