GREAT
Pros:

-Room service is great and overall hotel services are exceptional
-The staff are very very helpful and friendly, especially the Guest service staff Muhammed and Emre.

Cons:

-Breakfast could be better (fresh-made omlet isn’t included with the breakfast you should pay separately)
- Location is a bit far away from central area (best choice is to rent a vehicle)

خدمة سيئة للغاية لذا غادرت من اليوم الثاني وأطالبهمبنقودي عن بقية الأيام

فقط الموقع باقي الخدمات سيئة جداً.

Cons:

نظافة الغرف البساط قديم مستهلك الهاتف لا يعمل المناشف قديمة وممزقة لايوجد مناديل ورقية سواءً في الغرف او الحمام المصاعد قذرة البساط بجوار الإستقبال قذر

تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف واسعة ومريحة، والأسرّة مريحة للغاية. طاقم العمل كان محترفًا، ودودًا، ومتعاونًا منذ لحظة تسجيل الدخول وحتى المغادرة، وكانوا حريصين على تلبية جميع الطلبات بسرعة وابتسامة.

موقع الفندق مناسب، والمرافق ممتازة، خاصةً النادي الرياضي. شعرت بالراحة طوال فترة الإقامة، وكانت الخدمة على مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة، وبالتأكيد سأختار هذا الفندق مرة أخرى عند زيارتي القادمة إلى إسطنبول، كما أنصح به بشدة.

An outstanding experience in every way. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help from check-in until check-out. Every request was handled promptly with a warm smile.

The location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent, especially the gym. I felt comfortable throughout my stay, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Prijs kwaliteit prima!
Pros:

Service van het hotel is goed.

Cons:

Ligging is niet handig, veel moet met de taxi maar als dit een korte tussenstop is is dit een prima hotel. Er word naast hotel flink gebouwd dus daar kan je wat last van hebben.
