The whole staff made their best to make my stay comfortable.
Pros:

The room was nice, the staff was welcoming, and the environment was very friendly. I have been staying in this hotel every once in a while for the last six years, and every time I go there, they surprise me.

Cons:

If it is possible to manage the distribution of guests based on whether they have kids with them, since when you are tired, while having a family with kids next door, it may cause some disturbance.
Also, the food at the room service needs to be cooked more deliciously, a better room service chef may solve the problem.

Terrible
Cons:

This is the first time I’ve ever written a negative review about a hotel.

On the first day, when we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, especially coming from the bathroom. Despite specifically noting on Booking that I wanted twin beds, the toiletries were provided for only one person. The shampoo and body gel were of very poor quality and had a bad smell. There were no body towels in the room at all.

Although tea and coffee sachets were provided, there was no electric kettle to boil water. The internet was not working on the first day.

In short, this is the first time I chose this hotel, and it will most likely be the last. I do not recommend it at all.

Ich würde definitiv nicht nochmal buchen
Pros:

Nur Personal war sehr nett .

Cons:

Sehr unterkommen , direkt erste Zimmer wechseln müssen da die Lüftermotor vom Heizung durchgeratet hat. Einrichtung sehr alt und ungemütlich für das ganze Styl .

Nice Hotel and kind staff.
Pros:

The Hotel is really good. Nice location, to close to Istanbul Mall and 212 Outlet. Quiet rooms and very good breakfast. The staff is very kind.

Pros:

The hotel is good as a 4-star property, but on Booking it is listed as a 5-star hotel. I believe it may have been a 5-star hotel in the past, but currently it definitely needs renovation to meet that standard again.

The most positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, especially Jila.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but several areas need improvement to truly match a 5-star level.

Cons:

The hotel would benefit from at least some light refurbishment, as it feels a bit dated in places.
There is a mall nearby, but due to the location you need to take a taxi to reach it. There is also very little within walking distance, so dining options are limited mainly to the hotel itself.

Disappointed
Pros:

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website and was not very cozy. Inside the room, there were connecting doors, which made it worse because I had very loud neighbors and could hear everything. When I asked to change rooms, I was told none were available, which I found hard to believe since the hotel did not seem crowded.

The breakfast was very poor, and the tables were often dirty. The hotel was also quite stingy with basic amenities like shampoo and soap. There was only one towel in the room, and no dressing gown was provided. Also no tea or sugar in the room The location is not convenient, as it is far from buses and shops.

On the positive side, there is a small but nice pool on the 15th floor, and the reception staff were polite.

O minivacanță perfectă
Pros:

Personal foarte amabil, camere mari, curate, acces la spa ( sauna, piscina, masaj), mic dejun bogat, parcare gratuită la hotel, vis-a-vis de Mall of Istanbul.

Cons:

Nu am nimic de comentat în această privință. Este a doua oară când vin la acest hotel și probabil voi reveni.
