Great stay. Metro 15 min walk away. Grocery store nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent with choice of on site restaurants. Unfortunately fire alarm went off apparently due to someone smoking in non-smoking room.

During my previous stay, I faced some concerns regarding women’s safety, rude staff behavior, and long delays during check-in and check-out. These issues left me disappointed.

However, this time my experience was completely different. Mr. Moustafa personally listened to my feedback with great attention and promised to improve the situation. I truly appreciate his professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Now I can confidently say that I feel secure and safe in the hotel. The staff is more attentive, polite, and well-trained, and the overall service has improved significantly. From a smooth check-in process to a warm and comfortable environment, everything made me feel valued as a guest.

I am really happy to see that the management not only acknowledges guest concerns but also takes real action to resolve them. This shows they genuinely care about customer comfort and satisfaction.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues, and I look forward to returning again.

Not safe. Rude staff members, women are not safe as it was before. Wasting time in check in check out. You have to wait at least 3 hours to change the room in case you have the same hotel booking. Third class breakfast. I regret for booking this time. Thanks

This is my second visit at the hotel. On my last visit, I noticed several bad things, such as poor water drainage in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room was also not up to the hotel standard, the reception staff were good specially mr Habeb and mr Walied.
