I’ve stayed at this property several times a very nice hotel would recommend

Friendly hotel, so refreshing!
Pros:

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Great hotel for the price

Cons:

The driveway was hard to find after my GPS sent me past it- not the hotels fault!
The staff at breakfast was rude and slammed the doors shut at 10 am, even as a customer, not me, was approaching.

I like the stay service good and clean

Cons:

The pool is was cold and they start to clean and manteinance Saturday all day and we loose time to enjoy at the pool when they can clean the pool during the week and not during the weekend when the guests trying to enjoy the stay

If we recieve a refund for 1.10/1.11, I would certainly consider rebooking the hotel.

We had to check out early due to a family emergency. We had booked through a third party (Booking.com) and had to check out on 1/10 versus 1/11. We have not been provided any guidance from the hotel about how we can be refunded for the second night (1.10 - 1.11)

Perfect break during our holiday
Pros:

The room and hotel were spotless. The staff was excellent. The only thing I would point out is that the heat in the room was a little inconsistent. It was extremely cold outside, so it seemed like the unit was working hard to keep room at a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Pros:

Our hostess (desk manager?) was positively a delight. She greeted us warmly like old friends. Checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and if our needs were met. She sounded genuinely interested in our plans for each day of our stay. The world needs more hospitality people like her. She makes us feel like we want to come back here, and to stay at n Hampton Inns elsewhere.

The atmosphere is quite warm and friendly. The warmth gave me push to engage with other guests in the breakfast room and on the elevator.

I loved the space in our room at the Rocky Hill location: king size bed, kitchenette area, etc. Temperature was just right for daily activity and sleeping.

And actually this is an ideal location to meet with friends and family.

Good enough, but not great
Pros:

Overall, we are pretty satisfied with our stay although the bare bones nature of the room is not worth the price that is charged. Front desk and custodial personnel were responsive and great.

Cons:

The room did not have a micro-wave as advertised. The coffee in the breakfast center was lukewarm at best and we didn't have the time to complain to anyone upon four of the visits when this was the case.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years. We like everything here. It’s clean

Cons:

The breakfasts were not always ideal in previous years. Sometimes there were potatoes that were a bit undercooked. This year, the self-serve waffles that children could make themselves were not available, which was a little disappointing. In the morning there was batter, but by the time my second child went to breakfast, it was already gone, and unfortunately it was not replenished. We were told that there would be no more batter. This was slightly disappointing.
At the same time, the breakfast area has always been clean over the past two years, and we have no complaints about cleanliness
