Booking.com you have awful customer service! 4 of your representatives could not resolve the issue
Cons:

Your system booked me for two nights when I requested one night. Although the hotel (Studio 6) cancelled the room, Booking.com still charged me for two rooms. I eventually talked to 4 of your representatives who could not resolve the issue. Terrible customer service!

I appreciated the cleanliness and simplicity of the accommodations.

Cons:

The price was very high for the accommodations. The property was difficult to access from one direction on the street. A U-turn was required to access the property from one direction which would be difficult when pulling a trailer.

The bait and switch was completely unacceptable
Pros:

Nothing. It was terrible stay. The staff was very nice, friendly and polite but completely unhelpful.

Cons:

They switched our room and charged us more than the price on booking.com. The noise level was unacceptable as the room was under or above their ventilation system. I can’t believe they charged us $363 for a motel.
